The monitor was a replacement for an old broken one. It finally bit the dust this year (top button became permanently down) after we purchased our original monitor and camera set in 2016. It was supposed to last us a little longer but with a second child we were hoping for a bit When I contacted infant optics for assistance, I thought there was little chance they would do anything as the unit was past the warranty period and they were still offering to cover a portion of the purchase price. Great customer service at its best! This is the reason I originally bought this video monitor set and it has lived up to Though we encountered some issues, we are still very pleased with our decision 3 years later!.

The baby monitor in question is our favorite! When we bought one in 2016, the antenna was working fine until my toddler dropped it and broke it. I thought to myself, "What the heck? ", as we were well beyond the warranty period. In spite of that, I contacted customer service. Despite the fact that they sent me a free monitor, they did not charge me anything for it. They sent a second package because the first one they sent was lost in the mail, so they sent a new one which arrived safely in our mailbox. As part of baby #3, we're going to buy a third camera unit in addition to the one we bought in 2017. There is not enough praise for their customer service, and I would highly recommend this product to everyone!.

My partner and I are ordering a replacement monitor in hope that it is merely defective. This monitor is replacing our last monitor of almost three years that took a beating and began to fall apart. Perfectly compatible with both of my cameras (one for each of my children). Everything seems to be going well. It will be a while before I put my children My device says it is out of signal range after walking about 10 feet away from the room. What a ridiculous thing to say. My kitchen is too small for me to carry it downstairs. Despite my apartment being down the hall, it has no access to my bedroom. I am not ok with that.
