Questions & Answers

Is there any pink in this bassinet?

I purchased it for my granddaughter, and I will inquire as to whether the bed portion is pink. I believe she is sleeping right now, so please ask again later. Her child has only been alive for a week.

Is it safe to use the bassinet?

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. This bassinet has been thoroughly tested and meets the ASTM F2194 safety standard. It can be used for up to 20 pounds, 4 months, or until the baby can push up or roll over, whichever comes first, according to the instruction manual. Regardless of their age or weight, a baby who is rolling or pushing up should not be placed in a bassinet, cradle, or Moses basket. Is it necessary for me to purchase a mattress, or is there any kind of padding already in place?

I would purchase an additional mattress because the foam padding that comes with it is very thin and not supportive.

It's stunning! Furthermore, it is durable
5/5

Up to date as of September 2020: br>I'm on my third child and this is still working for me. It's still standing after three years of my five-year-old and three-year-old playing in it, jumping on it, and doing everything they're not supposed to with it. They only caused damage by crooking the canopy, which is easily repairable. Some reviews have expressed concerns about children suffocating. I seriously doubt it; the fabric sides of this are held in place by a board that snaps on top. It fits very snugly once the board is in place and all of the sides are zipped up. For a baby to get under it, the board would have to be severely bent, or the sides would have to be draped over and not secured. br>br>Original review: Beautiful! br>br> Furthermore, it is durable. After reading the reviews, I was skeptical, but there were solutions for many of the issues that people had. Some people have complained that the canopy does not fit properly, but there are fasteners underneath that can help. Some people complained about the sides being too loose, but there are zippers underneath to keep them in place. Yes, it needs to be ironed, but it's fabric, so you'd have to do it anyway. What a fantastic offer!.

It was the worst investment I've ever made
3/5

I'd give it zero stars if I could, because it doesn't even deserve one. My two-month-old daughter was thrown against the wall. By no means is it secure! A two-month-old can't do this because he doesn't move around enough! This must be removed!.

Overall, good quality for the price; however, after reading a few negative reviews, I was hesitant to order
4/5

I'm expecting my third child and have had previous experiences with co-parenting. pack of sleepers Each type of play, cradle, or other item had its own set of advantages and disadvantages. br>br>I can assure you that if you're looking for a high-quality, extremely durable product, this is not it! You'll have to pay a lot more if you want something that's heavy duty and long lasting, such as high quality wood. br>In terms of structure, it's on par with a pack-and-play. play. It is made of hollow metal tubes that lock together rather than pieces that collapse when a button is pressed. The canopy is the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. The canopy isn't particularly heavy, but the metal poles are shaky (though not dangerously so). There's nothing I can do to make them tighter or keep them from moving around. br>br>The quality of the fabric is average. It's about the same price as a generic brand crib sheet or crib skirt, but you'll have to order from somewhere else or make your own if you want better quality fabric. It isn't clear or scratchy, though. br>I like how the canopy blocks out light so the baby can sleep whenever he or she wants, but it's also open in the front so I can easily check on the baby. The fabric should be ironed (it will be wrinkled, just like any other fabric that comes in a package). br>br>Given that this isn't a crib and will only be used for 6 months (until the baby sits up or reaches the weight limit), I wasn't looking for something high-end or expensive, but I still wanted something safe and attractive. This product, in my opinion, is effective! br>br>Advantages and disadvantages in comparison to other products:

- sleeper: I couldn't--it kept the baby close, but it took up so much room in my bed and separated me from my husband. I slept without the pricey product and it was fantastic!
- Pack- Play: As a bed, it is not at all comfortable for the baby. It's lightweight and portable, making it ideal for keeping in the living room or taking camping. These have served as changing tables in other rooms of the house or for short periods of time.
- Glider or cradle: Having one was fantastic! It was made of solid wood, and the gliding feature was ideal for late-night rocking sessions when the baby needed to be soothed back to sleep. My older child, on the other hand, used to stand on the sides of it (while the gliding feature was turned off) and tip it over. There was no canopy or bumpers to help keep heat in and keep the baby warm (due to a desire to avoid suffocation hazards in such a small space). It lasted for the entire six months that it was required.
- Basinet: It's like a hybrid of a cradle and a pack-n-play. play. It's light weight, sturdy enough to hold a small baby who doesn't bounce or climb, and it keeps heat in while keeping light out without suffocating. br>br>I believe this will be a matter of personal preference, based on your lifestyle and budget.

Suffocation is a breeze with this one! Although it appears to be attractive, it has a significant flaw
3/5

The "sides" of this are made of bloused fabric, with a board on top. Your Baby's head or body may fall into the gap if they wiggle far enough to the side. My 2-month-old son's head was completely backward inside this "pocket" when we woke up this morning. He was crying and twisting. I wouldn't be writing such a bad review if he had simply suffocated and died. If you care about your children's lives, don't buy this product. I'll contact Amazon to request that this dangerous product be removed from the market because of its poor design, which could kill your children.

It was fairly simple to assemble this bassinet
4/5

In about 20 minutes, my husband completed the task by himself. I ironed the skirt and canopy for 30 minutes during that time. Ironing would have been more efficient if you had used a good steamer. It's fairly sturdy, and turning the wheels into the rocking position is simple. The mattress pad is extremely thin, which is one of my only complaints. It doesn't appear to be comfortable for baby unless you layer some blankets on top, which is exactly what I did. Also, the canopy is wobbly and off center. In terms of symmetry, I'm a little OCD. Aside from that, it's a good buy for the money. It is something that I would suggest. It hasn't been in it yet because the baby hasn't arrived. Once we start using it, I'll keep you updated if anything else comes up.

TERRIBLE! I liked how the product appeared in the photos and in the short video that was included with this listing
3/5

If you're reading reviews, keep the following in mind: PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE! br>This item is not worth the asking price. The bars are rusted, the canopy is sagging, and the pad is nothing more than a cardboard slab wrapped in noisy plastic on the inside. I have to fold blankets in order for my daughter to be comfortable. I'd say this is only worth $10 instead of the $90 they're asking for. MADE FOR A CHEAP PRICE. The concept is cute, but the execution is poor.
