As far as I know, it comes with a pad similar to a pack &amp play. Play a game. The bassinet only has a thin layer of cushion on it, but I added a quilted sheet over it to give the baby a little more comfort. It's a good value and is great for a bedside sleeper.
You can definitely do it, in my opinion. However, you should still buy a waterproof mattress cover to cover the mattress, so you can remove the mattress pad sheet. So far, I have never had to wash the fabric cover itself for my baby. He's 3 months old now.

In my quest for information, I went overboard, since I am a new mother. It seems to be what new mothers do, doesn't it? The bassinet I received for my new baby girl made me so happy. As soon as he got home from work, my sweet husband immediately put the bassinet together for me. When I first saw the bassinet I loved it! There was a lot of twisting and turning of the bassinet and it made a lot of noise when it wobbled. The team tightened joints that might be causing the wobble, read the instructions, viewed videos, and reviewed news stories to see if there was any way to fix the problem. Even when the bed straps were attached, the issue persisted. Unfortunately, we did not find any solutions for it. My child might be harmed by this issue. Is this a safety issue for Yes, the direction of the wobble caused worry, but it was not necessarily serious. Are there any concerns I should have about this issue? Depending on how much the baby weighed and their age, I would definitely hear it wobble every time they moved. What about my future second child, would it have served the same purpose as the bassinet? The odds of it lasting are not promising. Typically, I do not leave reviews about products or services I receive, but I think it is very important to leave one for this item. Mom's spend an enormous amount of time researching what works best for their children and they spend much money on what is best for them. The bassinet I purchased had most of the features I looked for, but it didn't perform to the level that I would expect for the price. Getting my hopes up for the first bassinet I would purchase only to be disappointed by the lack of stability of the product disappointed me. I'd rather spend a little more to guarantee my children will have a bassinet that will last for years to come. You don't ever want to get excited about a product only to be disappointed by it and have to go back to the drawing board. *Again, the bassinet looks and appeals well at first glance, but the quality and stability need to.
There is an uneven surface on the product! It has been used three times since it was born (our son is five Yet he keeps hitting the side of the bassinet despite the fact that he is unable to roll over or move himself. My product is still not level even after following the directions exactly and breaking it down and reassembling it. The "mattress" was even removed and the level was placed on top, and it still wasn't The floor is level, as I checked it myself. it is definitely the product. Don't buy it. It is not safe. The item will be returned.
The third child of my family is due any day now. There have been wobbly bassinets before-this isn't one of them. Side to side wobble is standard at an inch to an inch and it has a standard tilt set at an angle of 10 degrees The interior is on the half side, but front-to-back (looking at the long side from several feet away) it's There is a stability bar under the bassinet, therefore the people complaining did not install it. There is also plenty of even distribution. My intention is to update the padding if I can find a better bassinet mattress that fits snugly. Post will be updated after baby is born, but I expect that it'll be fine. Comes with a decent case to keep dust/hair out while in storage and I'm quite impressed with the quality. It is lightweight and easy to carry without feeling cheap. It folds neatly instead of taking up a lot of space. One complaint is that some of the color options cost about $80 more than they need to be. The price of a color is so high now that it's Love the purple one. I would've loved to see my daughter in it. It is a great option for an item that you will only use for a short period of time.
The bassinet at the foot of the bed is excellent. With a pack n play in the room, we used the bassinet and napper. However, as a nursing mother, it was difficult and painful to get up and keep picking up and placing the baby in the bassinet each time she needed to nurse. It has been a lifesaver for my baby as she likes to cuddle a lot and feeds on demand.
I really can't imagine life without this bedside bassinet. This design not only makes night time feeding for a demanding baby a breeze, but it provides aesthetic value to the room, plus it is comfortable for the This bassinet has the bonus that it is not super sturdy and tight, so it can rock and roll. Although that would normally not be viewed as a good thing, being able to rock the bassinet has helped me lull my baby to sleep, so I call that.
My heart leaps for joy when I hear In addition to bracing the side of our bed to the floor, we keep the side down. As a way of soothing and replacing pacis, I can sleep with my hand in there. In this case, please ensure your very own pillows and blankets are pushed to one side and out of sight. When you are sleeping with the side down, it makes it easier for your stuff to get accidentally pushed into the bassinet. As for my sleeping arrangements, I wear a robe and cover my legs only with blankets. Even though I still have my pillow, I scoot it as far from me as I can.
It's amazing what this bassinet can do! As I put my arm in the bassinet we used before, I would need to keep doing it every night until my newborn fell asleep because she would only sleep with my arm next to her. I was getting bruises all over my arms because of it. As she is falling asleep, my daughter is able to see my face and looks up at me as she does so. This makes her fall asleep instantly. When you are still in bed, it is very easy to reach over. It has helped her sleep through the night since we bought it, and she has been very Ours has never wobbled or rolled when we place it right next to our bed. It does sit perfectly level and doesn't wobble at all, so we haven't faced any issues when pairing it to the.
We won't see the baby until September, so I can't comment on sleep quality until then. After the assembly was pretty difficult, husband and I had a hard time separating the parts that didn't quite fit well and after that we had a hard time breaking it down. The track bag was packed with what felt like a million zip ties to keep it compact, and because of this, when we tried to put it back into the travel bag, we couldn't compress it properly so we couldn't zip it up all of The only down side was assembling it which was a pain. I am thrilled with my purchase and cannot wait to use it for my.
