The mobile has all of these features programmed into the arm that hangs it. Unfortunately, my toddler knocked over the thing and broke the arm, causing it to fall over and not stay in place. I would never buy the same thing as I do now if I could go back in time. My only complaint is that it is not very versatile and may not last long. I would suggest something more versatile, like a swing that is able to be used as a bassinet when reclined flat (etc. ). We didn't get enough use out of it, despite spending a good chunk of money on.
