Babyletto Modo 3-Drawer Changer Dresser with Removable Changing Tray in Grey and White

I have been using it for two years now. To begin with, putting it together proved to be quite challenging. There is a problem with the cam locks on the drawers. They have loosened after a year and no longer As a result of the bottom of the drawers being composed of flimsy lightweight plywood, the drawers now won't open and close freely. As much as I try, I can't make this thing worth it. I'm trying to fix it with wood glue and trim wood from Home Depot. I think this will last about a year, but I wouldn't bet very much on it.

It's important to note that the furniture strap that comes with this dresser isn't working. In addition to being too short, the screws are too small as well. I just missed my 16-month-old when the dresser fell over due to a failed strap.

I reviewed it honestly. It appears one of the pieces had a small dent in the wood during shipping, but it was easily hidden underneath and at the back so it was no problem. It took us no time to put it together or to keep it smooth. I didn't expect to have to put it together piece by piece, but it wasn't too hard. It was a good set of instructions, but we were a little confused at step 10 Customer service representative inquired about assistance from a technician after some prodding, and the technician came through with very helpful assistance. If the box has been opened, make sure none of the freight is damaged. Although the wood is soft, the quality of this product is good. Because the top was scratched during transit, they had to replace it with a new one. The unit is well engineered, which is a plus. I was amazed that the changer doesn't move, but is held in place by the pads alone. It is a handy piece of furniture for a relatively small room because it can hold a lot of clothing and baby items. Sustainability is one of the key features of this wood.

Returning the item to Delta resulted in a voucher for a Delta flight. This is total trash, do not waste your money on it. Although you pay a lot for it, the material is cheap and wack. Putting it all together is equally challenging. With the pregnancy and the cost of the Delta dresser, I returned it and purchased a Delta dresser for a cheaper, better quality product that took me less than two hours to install on my own.

It took us less than 24 hours to realize this defect once we had recycled the packaging after the baby would be here any day. I also live on the second floor and the thing weighs about 100 pounds. Returning it at this point was simply not an option. Our order was partially refunded (Amazon was kind enough to do so). There was something about this piece of furniture that felt very cheap for the price. The back is cardboard veneer that you screw in yourself with shiny screws that looked very odd against the espresso colored "wood. " The joinery was lacking and it was very difficult to put together. Although that side will be a wall, it is still a wall. Just overall, the overall look of the room was cheap and less than Ikea. It would have been better if it were.

Our reason for buying this dresser/changing table was that we wanted it to match our matching crib, which we love. The item is good but not exceptional. After using the product for seven months now, I can say that I have no concerns about placing my daughter on it to change a diaper. It seems sturdy and I have no issues putting my daughter on it. There is a problem with the drawers and sliders on which they move that I am increasingly concerned about. I feel like you have to jiggle the drawer a bit to get it to close and you could possibly break it if you force It remains to be seen whether we will use this for baby #2 or not since we did not want furniture my daughter would have for life.

A chip in the bottom of two of the three drawers. The changing table does not have covers for the screws. It is not possible to fully open the drawer There is no access to half of the drawer. I don't really like it, it's cute, but it doesn't work.
