We spent the first two months of my baby's life changing it on a pad on the floor because my baby's nursery is downstairs next to our room, but life happens upstairs. It's a great idea! I love it so much. I think people should be aware that it is not a sturdy product. I have two of these and use them all the time. There are a lot of wobbly parts and if you have other children or pets in the house be careful while changing your baby. It is designed with brakes to keep the wheels stationary, although they do not prevent them from swaying or pushing over when bumped into. Even a very minor bump will cause serious wobbles to occur. There is a slight difference in durability between carpet and hardwood, but it is not significant. Still, I'm impressed with this product and am happy with the purchase I made. It is just important to be careful when you use it with your children.

I've only had it a couple of days, but I like it so far. Since I've had it for a few days, my back has been feeling so much better that I may get another one for upstairs. The back pain we were experiencing from bending over like we were made me realize how much we had to suffer. Mostly easy to assemble, but we had a little trouble getting two of the round metal pieces to lock in place. We had to muck with a little bit, and it took both of us for a few minutes, but we got it, but it wasn't effortless. In addition, I believe the strap that holds your child down when necessary could be more durable, attached to the pad better, and have it more securely clipped along the edge of the pad to support it as tight as you wish. It is not necessary to use the strap if you do not intend to use My 8 month old tried sitting up and rolling over and the strap easily loosened and he grabbed hold of the strap and pulled so hard that i heard a rip noise and looked and it ripped slightly so if you use the strap as a seat belt I find it to be very durable. It is still a recommendation I would give any one.

Overall, it was a great product. We used it for our downstairs because changing our baby in the playpen was killing our backs. A changing table of this height would be perfect for your baby. Our main reason for purchasing it was because there is no bending required. Putting it together was relatively easy, but there was a little confusion at first when inserting the metal rods into each other. The stability is okay, it can stand up to day to day use, but be careful to stay away from it when playing. This product is something I would recommend if I had a choice Without a doubt.

Make sure you have this on I was having trouble adjusting to changing my son on the couch because he outgrew the changing table that came with his pack n play quite quickly. There was also something wrong with the pack n play changing table (I'm 5'1") since it was very low for me and gave me some back pain. The idea of using a supplement to treat depression at first had me skeptical as I don't know many people that use it, but I'm so glad I did. I wouldn't be surprised if you were skeptical - worth every penny for no more back pain! This product feels sturdy as it claims to hold up to 80lbs and has multiple compartments to store baby's changing needs.

There are a few large scratches in the frame that show the metal underneath. I have a feeling that a damaged or used one was sent. This will likely cause rust. There is a discrepancy in the title description and the paper work. It says the top portion can handle 80 pounds, and the bottom portion can handle 20 pounds. My back is relieved of pain by it because of its size and the fact that it is a good size. There has been a change in the photo and information on the product listing.
