A pillow is not provided. It is clear that I failed to read the description thoroughly. For the same price of a pillow and case, only the pillow case is provided. However, I have done this before, so I am aware there is a need for this item. In my experience, you really need to carefully read about pillow cases and pillows or you may only end up getting There's nothing I can do about it, except admit there's something I can do. Pillow cases that fit a toddler pillow perfectly, the fabric feels like brushed cotton, not polyester. Also, the size is perfect for a toddler pillow and the fabric is very soft. Like the color selection and that there is a lot to choose from. I would definitely recommend it.
