BUT.   I really wanted to like this, but it's not quite as good as it seems. My twins don't like non-suction plates, so after doing some research, I decided on these plates based on the company's reputation. We opened them today (this one and the Fox were ordered together) and neither of them held their suction. I'd suction it down, and it'd unsuction before I could even put food on it, let alone wait for the twins. Very let down.

This plate is both adorable and large! br>At first, it does a good job with suction, but as my daughter eats, it loosens up and loses complete suction halfway through her meal. She's dropped the plate several times now, thankfully it hasn't shattered, but I expected better suction for the price. br>I'm saving it for when she's older to avoid any breakage. br>It's easy to take care of. Following that, I immediately hand wash it and dry it. This is not something that should be submerged in water for an extended period of time.

My 7-month-old can easily remove the plate from her tray as well, indicating that the suction has failed. This plate has only been in our possession for a few weeks. It was pricey, but not up to my expectations in terms of quality.

My toddler loves rabbits, and he was overjoyed when he saw this plate, so it was a huge disappointment (and an expensive waste). But then we attempted to put it to use. The suction is completely useless. Not only does it not stick to the table, but the "suction" portion simply pops up, causing the plate to float away from the table, crooked and begging to be flipped over. When the "suction" is removed, the plate must balance on a round, wooden platform on the bottom, which causes it to spin like a top when nudged. I attempted to contact the seller but received no response. Now I'm stuck with a bulky piece of wood that doesn't work and that my toddler desperately wants but can't use. The seller should be ashamed for marketing to parents of small children and then providing a product that is complete garbage and fails to meet the expectations of the children. Rip-off in the extreme.

The design is adorable, but the quality is poor. The eyes arrived faded, almost as if they were a defect, and the color of the bamboo faded and appeared worn after a few washes (hand wash). My 9-month-old has no trouble removing the plate from the tray. I had hoped for a more powerful suction. I think my expectations were too high to begin with, but it's cute and it works fine.

Holding on to my side table, I was able to pick it up. Cloud placemats that aren't suctioned are also used. If you press one of these plates against the placemat, it will adhere to the table via the placemat. I now have three plates, a suction bowl, and three regular bowls from them, which is quite impressive! All of them are of excellent quality!.

It's what my daughter refers to as her Mickey plate. The sections are helpful in determining portion sizes. The ears could be a little bigger to accommodate food that does not conform to the plate's shape, but they are still very functional. The sides help to keep everything in place, and the suction cup holds everything in place nicely. I was surprised at how simple it was to let go of the suction and how well it held the table in place. It's easy to clean with soap and water, and I dropped it as soon as I took it out of the box. It hasn't been harmed in any way. We'll be making more purchases in the future.

Edit: I'm going to rewrite my review because it's gone moldy. br>br>I love this eco-friendly plate! It's adorable, and it allows me to give my son more choices when it comes to all of his meals. I'm not sure if it was my highchair, but he unsuctioned it. (He's 16 months old) or perhaps I didn't suction it thoroughly enough. In any case, I love using this plate to cook for my sons' meals!.
