They're just peel-and-pour containers, not anything more! I hope this information is useful.
These Gentle Pro cans are not the same as the 12oz Gentle cans. The small cans are generally given by wic and are a 70/30 non hydrolyzed whey
/casein ratio whereas gentle pro is 100% enzymatically hydrolyzed whey protein. There is a significant difference.
Yes, the formula is still the same, but it is now known as Prebiotic.

I was extremely dissatisfied with customer service's lackluster response!!.
Corn, rice, or potato are commonly used to make maltodextrin. Despite the fact that the label states that it is non-alcoholic, I don't think this is true because the ingredients for corn and oil don't say organic? I'm not sure if it's non-non-non-non- GMO! Maltodextrin is also high on the glycemic index, as are most carbohydrates—- Insulin levels rise as a result of this. This formula caused my baby to become extremely fussy, despite the fact that Gerber is supposed to be a reliable brand. All of my symptoms vanished after I switched to Happy Baby organic formula! After learning about Gerber's carelessness with ingredients, especially when it comes to babies, I will no longer purchase any of their products.
I started out solely nursing, but soon realized I wasn't producing nearly as much while pumping. I needed to find something that worked for us because I'll be back to work in a month. I began with a popular brand that we were given a sample of, and my daughter vomited all over the place and was extremely gassy. As a result, I scratched! My husband and I liked that this formula was designed for breastfed babies and kept the poppies soft after we did our research. I'll tell you what happened. It appeals to her. And, much to my delight (and surprise! ), it turned out to be true. With the addition of the formula, she is actually LESS gassy and fussy. She's pooping more frequently, which is great news for her tiny stomach. Introducing or switching to formula (as well as having a newborn in general) can be nerve-wracking. At the end of the day, we all want the best for our children and want them to be healthy and happy. So, just to be clear, this formula is fantastic! A contented baby equals a contented mother.
I tasted it and it doesn't taste anything like breast milk, which I assume is due to the added vitamins. We decided against it.
These arrive quickly, and I've had no problems with them. The formula is easy to mix, and my daughter loves it. I like the fact that it is 100% whey protein and mostly lactose as sugar. Casein protein was a bit of a struggle for my daughter. I have eczema, but it's not severe. However, getting rid of the casein was a huge help. She spits up on it infrequently, poops well, and enjoys the flavor.
I made a bottle of formula and thankfully let it sit for a minute before applying the nipple because there was a piece of blue plastic floating around in it! Although it is very small, I am confident that it would pass through the nipple. It makes no difference in either case; there should be no plastic. When I looked at the packaging, I noticed that the blue spoon I was given had all of the rough edges from the required breaking away from the packaging in order to use it. Please save old spoons and avoid using any with sharp edges, as they may contain week spots that enter the formula! PRIOR REVIEW: br>br> br>It appears that my baby is having fun. The pediatrician recommends it and even provided us with full-size samples. As of this month, the online price is identical to Walmart's. After having a c-section and being unable to drive, having my baby delivered to my door was extremely convenient! In my containers, there is a spoon holder, but I noticed that some reviews claim that theirs do not. The spoon is slightly smaller than the openings on my newborn bottle, so I don't always get everything into the container when I'm tired, but I don't have any problems most of the time. The taste? Well, it's formula; breast milk tastes better, but I'm confident that my baby is getting all of the necessary nutrients. Fed is best.
I usually buy several cases to ensure that I do not run out, but the price unexpectedly doubled. Customer service and Gerber were contacted for an explanation, but no response was received. This is not something that should be permitted. It's a slap in the face for all the kids who consume this already scarce milk. This is something that should be prohibited.
It was an instant hit with my daughter, and she continues to enjoy it. It doesn't have the same strong strange odor or flavor as other powered formulas. The best part is that the powder and water don't have to be mixed! I simply pour into it after opening it. If I'm not going to use it all right away, I put the carton in the fridge so I can use it later that night or the next day. With a powdered formula, you can't do that. Any leftover milk in the bottle can be refrigerated and used for the next feeding. I don't throw anything away! It saves a lot of money and makes things a lot simpler. I just grab one of these when we go out and it's ready to go; all I have to do is pour it into the bottle. I'm not sure why more mothers don't use one that's already made. It appears to be more expensive at first, but it ultimately proves to be less so. I simply have an Amazon subscription, and it is delivered to me once a month.
