When I first bought these in January to recover from Influenza A, I thought they would aid in recovery. Over the course of a week, I lost about 12 pounds. My only source of water didn't help me feel better, and I was unable to eat or drink. Two days were needed for me to get there We were there for 3 days, but it was time well spent. After I realized I had lost all my electrolytes, I immediately felt better. Since then, I've found I need to keep a few of these on hand, so I've been ordering three of them on a frequent basis. The electrolytes they provide are great for caffeine dehydration, or whenever you are dehydrated but water doesn't seem to be helping. That means you need to be taking a real dose of electrolytes as well as To the extent that I always keep a minimum of three of these on hand in case of illness in the future. There's no harm in using Basic Care instead of expensive brand names. These solutions have much the same nutrition and do not contain probiotics or prebiotics like most of what is available today. The best way is to keep it simple.

Basically, I bought it because I like the grape taste of Pedialyte and figured why not give it a try. The electrolyte solution is the Amazon brand. As far as I'm concerned, it's pretty good and a bit cheaper than Pedialyte so that's what got me to try it. The grape flavor in this Pedialyte is different from those found in other grape flavors. However, it's still a pretty good game. The ingredients in this product act similarly to those in Pedialyte.

In total, I bought two of these, the basic one you can see here and the Advanced Care one. While the flavor of the basic is a little weaker, it is still quite The next day I always feel better when I am hydrated, which makes me feel dehydrated. My old brand of Pedialyte was Abbott Labs, but I find the Amazon brand to be less expensive. The only thing I wish Gator Ade or KoolAid would do is come out with a flavor that is as good without being as sweet as Gator Ade or KoolAid.
