I did a lot of research and read hundreds of reviews before deciding on a pump, and Spectra came out on top, with the biggest con being the difficulty in finding replacement parts because they are not readily available in retail My first replacement came directly from Spectra, so I ordered directly from them. I consider the flange to be good, but I am not satisfied with the white duckbill valve. Once upon a time, these worked perfectly, but now they don't. As soon as regular use started, pieces began to break. The only time I pump is when I'm at work during the week, and I have four alternating sets, so I use each set maybe once or twice There are images of the broken pieces as well. The products have been good for about two weeks now and I highly recommend them. The twin for whom I exclusively pump is in need of a breast pump. There is a little difference between the plastic and Spectra, I think another reviewer said it felt cheap, and I can see why they said that, but it's not a deal breaker. Because I needed smaller flanges as well as replacement parts, I thought it would be best to buy the kit rather than getting everything separately and investing much more money? As soon as I opened this package, I was disappointed. These flanges are too short and the backflow protectors are made out of a substandard milky plastic that doesn't fit well with the membrane (which is also harder than any other membrane I have used?.

As a result, I had to order an extra set so that I could swap out the original pieces that came In this way, I'll be able to clean one set of dishes in the dishwasher while I'm using the other. At first, I was wary because of some bad reviews, but after using this I am quite pleased. This is a better-made and more accurate part than the Spectra I had before! I think it's best to thread on thicker threads to the Spectra bottle because it threads on shallower. Hence, make sure you wear it tight and straight or your milk may spill.
