I've had mine for more than 25 sessions and they're still going strong, though Willow recommends replacing them every three months.
There are only two of them in total.

If you have a willow pump, please return it right away for a refund! It's been a nightmare working with this pump. It was, more accurately, a dream that turned into a nightmare just two months after I began using it. To be honest, I'm not sure whether the problem is caused by the flex tubes, the controller, the bags, or the pumps. Over six pumps have been replaced, as well as containers, flanges, and flex tubes. The pumps function for one or two pumps before shutting down. I contacted Willow every time I had a problem, and they simply sent me a new pump. I'm still stumped as to why the pump isn't working. I requested a redundancy because my pumps only gave me one month of hse and I was denied. Willow was supposed to be a one-time use item, according to them. As if I didn't know that already. The bottom line is that I am unable to use their product to the extent that they claim. I'm down to $500 for the pump, $100 for the containers, and even more for the two flange sets. Especially in these trying times. It's perplexing because I read in one of the reviews that the product would only last two months. I thought it was just a matter of getting used to it, but I was mistaken. I gave this product two stars because I was able to pump successfully with it on two occasions; however, I am still unsure what the problem is, whether it is with the pumps, tubes, conainers, or flanges. Willow, on the other hand, does not share my defense. Finally, do not purchase this product; do not purchase the pump, and do not purchase the container if it is still within the 30-day return period. It's too bad because, when it worked, the willow produced more output than my spectra. However, the problems with the pumps resulted in a decrease in my breastmilk production. They haven't figured out anything yet, so it's a bad buy.
After a month, it fell apart. On one of these flex tubes, the blue part that attaches to the tube broke off. I now get an orange blinking light with an error message when I try to use it. These items have been boiled and cleaned, but they will not work with the pumps. I placed two orders. This entire system is a complete waste of time and money.
These replacement parts are excellent, but it is stated that you will most likely need to replace them several times per year. It is not what one would expect from a reputable company after spending so much money on a pump and having to replace internal parts on a regular basis.
Because of these flex tubes, I kept getting multiple pump errors.
I use these and the flanges every day at work, so having a spare set is very convenient. When I was getting ready to leave for work, I would occasionally forget to wash the set I used at work until the next morning. It's a blessing to have a second set.
Willow is fantastic, but you might want to consider adding a few extra flextubes to make pumping on the go a little easier.
Great, exactly as ordered on the website, so it would arrive faster and with better suction.
They arrived quickly and at a lower cost than Willows' site.
