Yes, they do. I got one as part of my gift set, and it replaces the bottle nipples that came with it.
Normally, two packs of two are included.
Spouts are available for children of various ages. If you want a spout with a faster flow, look for one that is labeled for older children.
I'm not entirely certain. The cup is identical to the cups for which I use these nipples. Yes, because the cups I use with it, as well as the clips, appear to be identical. Because my son chews on his nipples, I switched to Gerber Graduates Fun Grip. They don't leak, and the spout is tough enough that the nipple can't be chewed. This is the best sippy cup I've ever used, and it's a steal at this price.

Truth: These NUK cups are the best! I have three children and these are the only cups that have survived in our home. They're both water-resistant and adorable. BUT. br>br>I really like these, but the only problem is that they break so easily. Why can't NUK make these spouts stronger or better? I've bought a lot of them. It's a shame because this is a fantastic product, but they're so easily broken. They are broken because the children bite them. I have no idea how many of these I purchase. I've tried to buy other cups, but I keep coming back to these because I love them so much. I have three cups for each child, so I've spent way too much money on these, but ohhhh how I wish the spouts didn't break so easily. I'm giving up and vowing to never buy them again.
On the originals, my first child had worked this spout so hard (teething) that it had opened up the opening, causing it to leak and possibly break off in some places. As a result, I had to stop him from using them and buy new ones for my other child. They're stiff, but they're a good option because the bottles themselves are in good shape, so I can keep them instead of having to recycle them right away.
I've cracked and torn both of the spouts I've opened. I saw reviews that said the spouts ripped easily with use, so I bought a few extras as backups, but they were broken as soon as I opened them. They allow liquid to pass through, but they do not prevent liquid from pouring out if the sippy is turned on its side; the spouts that came with the sippy cups I purchased did not have this issue. It's possible that these spouts are old and of poor quality. I would not buy it again or recommend it to a friend.
My son enjoys chewing on the tops of Nuk cans and refuses to drink from the hard Nuk cans. When I was looking for replacement bottles, I came across these. There will be no more squandering of bottles - I just had to replace the top insert, but I'll be back to buy more!.
My 11-month-old is used to completely "clear" silicone, so the ones I received are not the same as the ones pictured. These have a "frosted" appearance (as seen on the left). The holes are WAY too small, and he has to suck way too hard to get anything out (I tried it with water and struggled). He becomes enraged and tosses the bottle, leaving me with two packs of these that I can't use.
When my son was teething, I used these as a replacement because they are soft but can tear easily if chewed on, allowing liquid to leak out if the cup is turned upside down.
I now have several backups of this excellent product, which is identical to the original.
It's great that these sippy cups have replacement spouts so you don't have to throw away the entire cup if it leaks. Because they are made of soft plastic, children will chew on the spouts, causing them to leak. These cups, on the other hand, made the transition from bottles to sippy cups a breeze for my son. Change is difficult for him because he has DS. But he likes them, and I'm pleased with the replacement spouts as well! He chews on them, but there are no holes in these new spouts yet, despite the fact that it's been a few months.
