My lactation consultant recommended this brand, and the nipples and bottles in this series suit my EBF baby perfectly. The fact that she takes so long to eat irritates the daycare staff, but that is exactly what EBF babies are supposed to do with their bottle meals. The disadvantage of these nipples is that after a few weeks of use, they appear to stain. I wash them by hand every day with a small bristle brush, but they dry with a filmy appearance.
We tried some other bottle styles designed to limit air intake and found that they caused no more gas or fuss than the ones that cost ten times as much.
Brown's products are always dependable and effective for my child, who suffers from severe reflux. I've heard people complain about having to wash them, but I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Each bottle must be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. I really like the nipples and how each stage flows. It's fantastic!.
I bought these to go with the evenflow glass bottles I bought for my son. The evenflow bottle nipples were too fast for a newborn, so I bought these to replace them after researching what other nipples would fit. They were a perfect fit for the bottles' lids. br>br>In addition, my newborn son prefers this nipple to the other nipples/bottles we bought.

Brown's nipples were used on all four children. All babies should use Dr. Brown's bottle system, in my opinion. On Dr. Brown's bottles, I've raised four. nipples. They are fantastic!!.
When my newborn is fed by her father in the middle of the night, she takes a bottle. These nipples are what we use, and they have a good flow level. Along with the Dr. Brown bottle, I would highly recommend it.
