It isn't clear to me?
It is true. When I had my first son, he never indicated he was feeding too slowly, so I didn't "level up". It's not a good idea to level up just to buy new nipples, you should increase only if baby seems to be not receiving milk fast enough, especially if breastfeeding. Considering that formulas are not made up of the same nutrients as milk, there might be differences. (I am buying new breasts now for a second child three years from now. No matter if they "look fine" or not, I figure 4 year old nipples should be replaced).

These bottles have been the best I have tried and found. Despite that, I ordered more nipples since they start to fog up after a while. There was an abundance of leakage from these nipples. Every time you turn the bottle up, it leaks all over her and all over me. The bottle doesn't take the bottle all in one go, she likes to stop for little bits of time here and there. In the beginning, I thought I was doing something wrong, but I later compared them both. There is a difference between them! When I informed Amazon they were defective, they said they would send out a new package right away. However, if they arrive and are the same kind, there is no point in that.
I use this nipple exclusively for my daughter. Avent bottles can be fitted with these. She ate all the Avent bottles, but the nipples were rigid, causing the milk to drip down her bib and at the corners of her mouth. Her bottles needed to be replaced, but we weren't willing to pay for ALL of them. These were perfect. We've bought them, then the 2s, then the 3.
As far as I can tell, the nipples don't quite fit properly in order to form I want to know if these are really wrinkly nipsles from Dr. Brown.
Was the manufacturer planning on discontinuing these? I was able to find these on Amazon for a very reasonable price, and they fit so that's all I need. The glass bottles are so much more environmental friendly than their plastic alternatives, and they last for a very long time. My nipples are wearing out, and I'd like to keep using them if I could find replacements!.
In my efforts to find the best bottle nipples for my newborn daughter, I bought numerous different types of bottles. These are by far my favorite bottles. The fluids are slow flowing, so she doesn't drink the entire bottle at once. She also loves the fact that they don't drip down her face as much as other brands.
The advertises it to also work with the original bottles, but I'm really upset about that. There is no doubt in my mind that it Because I have already washed the box and thrown it out, there is no chance I can get a refund. As the description said it would work, I checked it more than once. Sanitizing and washing are a waste of money and time.
I know I wasted my money since the return date had already passed when I arrived at the airport.
