Questions & Answers

Is this a diaper that works with senior citizens?

As for this latest model, it is vastly inferior to the last one, particularly with regards to the amount of diapers it can hold. I don't know if these products will work with Among the things I do know are Users of the previous model (Elite II) have had great success using adult diapers with the model. The system is new to me, and I still don't know how easy it is to use. I've heard people use it, but I'm not sure how easy it is for them to use. It is not the weight or size of the soiled diaper that might make this difficult to use, rather, it's the size. A heavy soiled diaper will fit past both of soiled diaper's trap style doors and slide into a bag very easily. Pampers size 6 or 7 diapers aren't fitting properly on my baby, and I'm having trouble getting them to drop down. It is NOT pleasant to experience this! The more tightly you can roll up soiled diapers (I use the adhesive tabs on the diaper to secure a soiled diaper into a ball), the easier it will be to dispose of them. The foot pedal can also be stepped on The first step is to open the top of the Diaper Gebie, and when you've inserted a balked diaper, open the secondary trap to ensure that the diaper falls into the area where it belongs in the body of the Genie. I just wanted to let you know You will have odor problems if you don't get the diaper past both traps. There is an odor problem with this model regardless of how it is kept, but only if the door is opened. I think it's mostly due to the second internal trap door making it hard to get diapers past it. It is also very important to note that larger sized diapers (adult forms or baby forms) will mean you will need refill bags more often. A couple of times a week, we have to empty ours. More bags need to be used as a result. Hence, the more frequently you need to knot the bags, the sooner you will need to replenish them. it is highly and without reservation recommended to continue using the previous model. You can buy the Diaper Genie Elite II for $79.00 Adult diapers should be disposed of in this manner. My husband and I have been disappointed with it and I wish that we hadn't bothered to purchase It is much better than our previous model, but the current one is full of Last time our daughter was a size 6 with our other one This is the perfect way to fold seven baby diapers. If you opt for this model, you will have to empty it far too frequently to make it convenient. It will also take so many bags to empty that you'll also waste an absurd amount of money. Diapers will not easily slide down this model, which is likely to be your biggest problem That means you will

Is this something you can do with regular trash bags?

Bags made by Diaper Genie need to be used.

How will I order diapers for this diaper genie if you tell me which ones I need to order?

As a result, I know Amazon sells them since I bought a set of the refill packs at the same time as I bought the genie. At the bottom of the screen, after you find the genie, you will see a list of "people who bought the genie, used this as well". My filling station was located that way.

Is it possible to use the old ones?

This is the same refill as before. Compared to the prior design, this one is not recommended as it is nearly inferior. Neither is as good at controlling odor nor holds as many diapers. Xylitol isn't as slick as previous models in terms of loading and unloading. My preference would be to put the new version of the DG to the test before going for the new model.

I hate how this redesign turned out
3/5

It was a disappointment from start to finish! 1) It holds less than a quarter of the diapers of the Elite. Sure, it looks about the same size, but as soon as there are more than can be delicately suspended mid-air, the handles will not stay in place. When there is no more air in the center of the bucket, it ceases to take in any 1) The cutter for the bag and bag dispenser does not pivot, which means you will have to crouch down and fiddle with it, during which a dirty diaper, which the machine will have been secretly cheeking, is sure to come loose on your person. 3) You will find that approximately 1 out of 5 times you put a dirty diaper in the machine, it will peek at you, out of the opening of its first stomach. This problem can usually be resolved by gently pressing the pedal a few times. It is made up of a plastic piece with holes and a plastic piece with pegs. As your friend, they stop talking and you must take the thing apart and convince them to reestablish contact. The Elites are selling for $150 new and $75 used on auction sites so it's no wonder they're so expensive. The cannon shot the projectile out. It is time to go.

This is a great product, but what I use it for is different from what the manufacturer It was suggested by my husband because our bathroom did not smell fresh and we needed to find a solution to the I was able to use it To place the used pads in the Diaper Genie, I do put them in a small sandwich bag
5/5

The solution has been a perfect one for the problem, all things considered. My personal details were a bit too over the top, but if it helps someone else, then it's Thanks so much and blessings!.

My old version would have been nice if it were still available
3/5

(The other? It was way better than the ) version of diaper genie. The part that opens and shuts to allow diapers into the bottom compartment just doesn't work as well, so you can't push down a large diaper, which means a bag sits there with an empty bottom and an empty diaper sitting on top. As a result, you can't fill the diaper holder nearly as much as you could in the old version, so I empty this thing pretty much every night whereas I used to do it about twice a week when I was using it on a regular basis. I would like to conclude by saying it is not a knock against the product itself, but rather In a normal case, I would attribute this to the manufacturer, except to me it seemed fairly obvious that it was one that had previously been returned. Items will not be considered new.

It is a very poor design, so I liked it a lot
3/5

It was big and did not leak any smells. The place is a disaster! All the trapped odors jump up high when the seal is broken, so when you add a new diaper, all those trapped odors are all free to explore.
I don't know if Amazon will let me return it after I use it, but you could either get the simple model or get one of those packs with 1000 dog doody bags and use them.

It is not worth it to buy this cheap trash can
3/5

It's amazing how cheaply this product is made! Even though I assembled the pail, the lid does not close, so how do I trap diaper odor if the lid won't Whenever I close it manually, it does not even completely close itself, so I have to constantly close it manually. And then, to add insult to injury, the sides of the can do not completely touch on the part you pull out to empty it. There is so much cheapness in this whole deal. I am amazed at how much money was wasted. Spending money on refills and something that isn't very cheap is unfortunate.

That is the only thing that it can be used Even with the odor eliminating pack that comes with it, it does not keep any smell in
3/5

Even after switching the pack a few times, it still smells terrible! So much so that I put a huge baking soda odor-eliminating pack into the genie's core where the bag hangs and it still releases the scent! Due to my frustration with wasting money on things that are supposed to work, I opted to put my genie outside. This item is completely false advertising and I would not recommend it in the least.

There is more of an unpleasant smell than in I think this version of the Diaper Genie works well, since it's simple and easy to use
3/5

It's also easier to empty and cut the diaper bag than previous versions. A downside is that old versions of the diapers had a "double action" mechanism where you would normally close the top until you opened the lid, and then you would seal the bottom while you placed the diaper in the chamber, holding most of the odor in. As a whole, it works, but at this point I would prefer to simply get a trash can that can be emptied every day rather than letting my child's poop fester while it is stuck in the sausage.

It's a bummer that the Complete is out, I miss the Elite! Each unit was full to the brim, but the Complete's diaper bag contained three quarters fewer diapers than the other! )*Br>You can empty it without moving it, but the downside is that it doesn't hold as much, it's harder to see when you're using the cutter, and it's harder to shove an extra diaper in during If you are looking for a second hand Elite, look for it!
