Questions & Answers

These can be used as infant items instead of having to buy more once our baby outgrows the size we currently have?

It makes sense to me, so I don't see a reason not to. There is just a tiny difference in size between the two, but not by much, so they would also work well for a baby. There was not as much of a "perfect fit" as with the smaller ones, but the fit was acceptable at least to me.

In the battle between toddlers and adults
5/5

The regular schedule. There was some doubt in my mind about whether to try the toddler size. Cloth diapering has been part of my life for twelve years now and I've used standard sized snappis all the time. I wasn't sure if they would be big enough because our babies are not the biggest ones. As I was trying them out, I thought I would just see how they would work. Unlike standard snappi, they are a little wider. There may be a quarter inch difference on each side arm. Although they are much thicker, they do have a higher density. It is a denser, less stretchy material that is better able to withstand repeated stretching. While the thickness of these snappis assures me that I won't snap them, I haven't had any issues with standard sized snappis breaking. As far as I'm concerned, the thicker bands should be labeled "heavy duty" rather than "toddler sized", because it's not so much about the size as it is about the additional thickness.

Your newborn should be fitted in a toddler size rather than an original size
5/5

In addition to expanding bellies, boingos are also good for weight loss. A quick recap Purchase a toddler size snappi instead of the original size for your newborn instead of paying extra for a larger one. In general, boingos are good for keeping up with growing baby sizes, but they are not very stretchy and they are dangerous when they come unclipped, leaving the ends exposed and the This is true. As long as you do not have a preemie, a toddler-sized snappi will fit just fine for a newborn (my baby weighed 7 pounds) and will last you longer than the original-sized I tried the original size but it was too tight for my 2 month old (12 pounds) and left red marks from the diaper being too tight. Fifty-four days later, the 15-inch size was perfect. She was too big for the 30-pound prefolds and the snappi did not stretch far enough for the 15-pound The osocozy prefolds weigh 30 pounds. Three months into the snappi's lifespan, the toddler size is already starting to feel a little tight as it is already becoming increasingly difficult to fit the 7-inch osocozy It is a prefold 15 lbs in weight. It must have been a person with smaller waists who designed the snappis. It would be great if snappis had longer elastics than even the toddler size! (The toddler size isn't long enough for me). In this article, we discuss the pros and cons of Boingo Boingo keeps up with growing waist lines (and can be used on adult diapers, too), but I had trouble keeping it on when my baby kicked too hard, and it kept falling off when I carried my baby (this happened numerous times in less than a week!). My baby is in pain when the boingo lets go, biting into her soft skin. I then carry her while I am held by a boingo. Furthermore, tightening the boingo takes longer than tightening a snappi due to the fact that you have to alternate between the left and right sides of the body to tighten progressively each time since the Boingo is difficult I can stretch the snappi easily with my fingertip, but the boingo has a cute but useless star that makes it difficult to hold (I've poked myself many times with the boingo while trying to stretch it). Also, the boingo diaper cover has two parts, left and right (whereas the snappi has only one due to connecting pieces) so I have to keep track of another item I have to track down (while hoping baby doesn't pee/poo as Changing diapers in the dark with the baby sleeping is even more challenging

Two hands vs one hand I can hold my baby with one arm and change the diaper with the other hand holding the snappi at the same time. If you are using elimination communication, this will be helpful. When I fasten the boingo, I need to put the baby down because it requires two hands to do so. When I hold the baby with one arm, I can unfasten, but removing the boingo clasp is much more difficult. As I hold the baby, it is impossible to reassemble a diaper with a boingo. The toddler size snappi is the clear winner between the original and toddler size snappi, as well as between the toddler and boingo wars, but this only applies for infants up to age four Afterward, a boingo might be the only fastener that will fit, and I will have to go back to relying on the boingo, no matter how time-consuming. This is true. In the end, I was actually using the osocozy as diaper liners on the bigger babies and covered their diapers with diaper covers. There were two reasons for this 1) difficulties using boingo while snappi grew too small and left red marks on baby 2) ocosozy cloth diapers without covers suffered through to the next size due to pee volume increasing with baby's age. It was important to cover the pee to prevent its escape.

What to do if your couch is broken
5/5

Our old couch is the favorite of the dogs and cats who live here. We don't have kids, but we do have dogs and cats. With age, this middle upright section has started to pull away from the frame due to the fact that dogs and cats both like to sleep on it. Until there is no more fabric to staple, Hubby has stapled it. Here's what I found on Amazon, and yes, they do hold together the couch. In the event of more fabric giving way, I will use the fasteners to keep it in place while I toss a brown towel over it.

Although they work on loosely woven fabrics, I would not purchase them again
5/5

The infant size was too small so I ordered these instead. They are excellent for babies who are small. Compared to pins, they have the advantage of being easier to use. This is a product I would buy A very tightly woven fabric such as flannel or flour sacks does not work with these chemicals. The loosely woven prefold cotton inserts seem to be the best candidates.

THE IDEAL ALTERNATIVE TO A PIN
5/5

The layers of cloth diaper can no longer be pushed through by me due to my arthritis. With Snappi, you can quickly and safely share photos. Diapers are not damaged in any way by this process.

How to choose the best closure for a prefold diaper
5/5

There is no better prefold diaper closure than this one. I bought the cheaper ones when I lost some of them, and I had to buy these again because I made the mistake of buying cheaper ones.

The ends tend to come off too often, though the idea is great
3/5

The ends tend to come off too often, though the idea is great. Unless your goal is to sell more products with inferior quality, you need to make them permanent fixtures so the ends won't fall off. It would be better if the end pieces did not come off but this was an excellent idea.

Is the best cloth diaper I have ever used by a long shot
5/5

We have been cloth diapering for 19 months and the snappi baby makes a huge difference in our cloth diapering lifestyle. This one-inch wide clip allows flat folds and prefolds to be secured with ease and last for years. Since we are still on our first pack from 19 months ago, I bought these for my sister who will be having a baby and would like to use cloth. This is a wonderful product. I am very happy with it.
