Questions & Answers
Follow these instructions to clean your nasal aspirator: (1) Remove the filter that has been used. (2) Use soap and water to clean the large tube (top-to-bottom). (3) Clean the hose with rubbing alcohol and a few soaps (dishwasher safe)br> br>(4) Assemble the dry parts together. I'm going to add a new filter for the next time I need it.
They may be afraid of this device at first, or simply dislike the sensation of having their snot sucked out, but it will not harm them. They eventually stop being afraid of it because it allows them to breathe better after it has been used to clean their nose. This was our own personal experience.
Yes, I simply clean it with hot water.
The severity of your child's illness will determine how long he or she will be hospitalized. If you have the flu, I would throw it out after the illness or even if you have a lot of mucus coming out of your nose. You can wash them, but I find it's often more sanitary to throw them out and replace them with new ones. If it were just every day snots, I'd keep it for a while, but after an acute illness, I always toss it.

It works, but not as well as the nose fridays themselves. I only wish I had saved a few dollars and repurchased the original nose frida.
The long tubing is of excellent quality and resists kinking better than the name brand, which I also own and which has a kink in it, making it difficult to position myself to make it work. This tubing is much more durable than the previous one. I'm not sure how anyone can claim that this doesn't work as well because it's the exact same system. It's exactly the same. I'm a slob who rarely changes the filter unless my daughter disassembles it and loses the filter, in which case I must replace it. So far, I haven't had any snot in my mouth. She once took it away and I didn't notice, so I continued to use it and didn't get any snot in my mouth. Haha!.
Before I used it, I sprayed a little saline solution on it, and it got a whole chunk of mucus, which surprised me! I had no idea that his tiny little nose (3 weeks old) could produce so much. It's the most innovative baby device ever!.
This is an excellent purchase that is ideal for children. It accomplishes the purpose for which I purchased it. This is fantastic if you have a small child.
Although most babies despise it, it is effective. A must-have item.
This device does not function in any way. That's the price I pay for being a scrooge.
My first grandchild had one, and it came in handy during her colds, so I had to get one for my second grandchild.
The bulbs simply do not function. This concept is as vile as it gets. It's simply fantastic!.
