I figured it was just the Nose Frida I was using, so I tried them in my other two and they didn't work either. They're also not as dense as the brand name suggests. I've been sucking a lot of snot for the past two weeks because I have three sick kids. I suppose the brand name is simply superior in this case.
When my baby got a cold at the age of ten days, this worked wonders in sucking up all the snot and allowing him to breathe more easily. I tried the bubble nasal things to clear the snot, but this worked a lot better and is a lot gentler.
This product is an excellent almost exact replica of the name brand "refills" it works exactly the same as the ones that came with the product and I will definitely be buying these again if I need them in the future. It's awesome because after nasty booger sucking you throw it away.
Frida's nose needed to be refilled. The brand-name refills appeared to be exorbitantly priced. I came across these and decided to take a picture of them. They perform identically to the name brand at a third of the cost and with three times the quantity.
It gets the job done. For a single-use item, this is a good deal. make use of shields.
Flimsy is a good way to describe it. It is difficult to put together. The material used in the Nose Freda is nowhere near that of the Nose Freda. I won't be buying anything else.
They're single-use disposable, so I'm not sure why they're rated as "easy to clean," but they're simple to use and less expensive than brand-name filters.
