It's more of a clear gel rather than a paste and she loves the taste. It's awesome to have a toothbrush! Not so much when it comes to toothpaste. There was no liking for it among baby. Despite the two parties' differences, I think this is a good deal. For any other toothbrush toothpaste combo, the price would be the same. This brush is perfect for teething babies because the bristles are soft and the handle is silicone, so the top part of the brush can be gnawed on by them as well.
