All the items in this box are used by me. As for nose fridas, they're fantastic. My son doesn't like them when I do them but immediately stops fussing because he can breathe better than before. It would be more useful if it came with a saline spray as it's basically useless without one. There are actually extra windis that I bought. As often as I could, I try to avoid using them since they tend to make him poop and I want him to learn to push rather than rely on stimulation to relieve himself. When it makes the butt sound like a baby goose, it is hilarious. It is awesome to have these nail clippers. Although I was super scared I might hurt him trimming his nails, these are almost impossible to snip, so I didn't have to do it. In addition, the nail file helps him to not snag his face as much as he normally does. One final tip The plastic hair brush works great in the tub to help break up clots of dry skin and get rid of dandruff.
My experience with the snot sucker is that it works really well if you use a nasal mist right before you use it.
