Questions & Answers
It has a light sweet scent that lasts on the hair. It smells really nice and isn't overpowering.
My grandson is mixed, but his hair is more white than African, so I'm not sure how well it would work. It's the only thing that has ever worked to keep his hair under control, and we love it. His hair is prone to tangling and knotting, especially after he has slept on it.
After you've towel dried your hair a little, apply the conditioner as a leave-in.
That is something I am unable to assist you with. I couldn't find it in any of my local stores, and I had to wait a little longer than usual on Amazon.

Regiment. Ever. My daughter is a mishmash of various ethnicities. Her hair is curly, thick, and easily unmanageable if left alone for five minutes. She is Irish, Italian, Portuguese, Egyptian, and Spaniard. Trying to brush her hair, let alone find something that will nourish and define her curls without leaving her hair greasy or weighed down, is a headache in and of itself. This is incredible stuff. br> There will be no more matted, fried curls when you wake up from a nap. I don't need to give baths every day to reapply the product, and it lasts at least two days (though I haven't tried going longer). **We do it every other day now that it's winter and her skin is more sensitive. *
It's fantastic, and I won't be looking for anything else. br>br>**PHOTO WAS TAKEN AFTER A NAP WITHOUT THE NEED FOR BRUSHING*
br>DISCLAIMER: br>I use this product in conjunction with a complementary shampoo. They smell great, the shampoo lathers up nicely, and the moisturizing properties of the shampoo are noticeable. My daughter's hair becomes silky soft as a result of using this product. br>I'm certain the leave-in conditioner would be sufficient on its own. However, because I've only used it with the matching shampoo, I can't say how well it would work.
I'm 21 years old, and I use this leave-in conditioner on days when I let my hair air dry. My naturally wavy hair is curly and super soft! It's a great deal, and it works on adults as well as children.
My 20-month-old's hair is very fine but very curly. In the back, it frequently becomes matted. I've had a difficult time finding products that will allow me to use any type of brush on it. For the first time, I used this today and was blown away by how quickly it softened my frizz. I let it sit in her hair for a few minutes (I used it as a conditioner), then rinsed it lightly in the tub, leaving some product in, and was able to brush it through! This has the potential to change the game entirely. My purchase was a great success.
I decided to give this product a try after reading some positive reviews. I live in a small rural town with only a Walmart and a HEB, and I haven't been able to locate it in my hometown. I drove an hour to the nearest city and tried six different stores (Walmart and Target) with no success. So, I reasoned, the next best thing would be online. There was no luck finding it online at Target, Walmart, CVS, or Amazon because it was "out of stock. " " I went ahead and ordered it from Amazon, and it was finally restocked after about two weeks. I like the product a lot, but I'm not sure if the hassle is worth it. Sad!.
My toddler has benefited greatly from this conditioner. Her hair was becoming extremely strong with unmanageable curls as a result of the summer's water activities. No matter how much water or summer wind she faces, a small amount of this conditioner has helped to restore her soft curls. The accent is also AMAZING — I'm not sure what it is, but it's like a guava grapefruit spectacular combination. I usually apply some after her bath and occasionally reapply after pool or splash time.
I've started using this every time I wash my daughter's hair, and her hair has never looked better. Her curls look amazing because she's well moisturized. I strongly advise anyone with curly hair to try it!.
So now we buy two bottles instead of one, and if I could give ten stars, I would because it has saved my face from his scratch beard.
I rarely give one star reviews unless they are truly deserving, so let's go over the things I don't like about this product. br>1) The scent is very faint, almost undetectable. free. my young lady It's important to me that our hair smells nice. We prefer a more potent shea butter/coconut scent; we want our hair to smell like a tropical beach. 2) My two-year-old daughter has curly hair that is tight and fine. I'll tell you what I've discovered. It was a nightmare trying to get this product through her hair (after using it in conjunction with the coordinating shampoo). I use a coconut oil-infused wide-tooth comb to style my hair. I still had to use our Cantu spray in the end. (I forgot to take it out of her hair. ) It had time to sit because she was in the bath for some time). br>I figured, hey, what the heck. I've also used it on my fine, wavy hair. It doesn't remove tangles or make curls more pronounced. br>3) You'll need a lot of product, but it's not heavy or greasy, so that's a plus. However, it isn't hydrating. if you get what I'm saying. Johnson's will have to go back to the drawing board. This isn't it, believe me. The pretty packaging is literally the only redeeming feature of this "leave in conditioner. ".
