However, the suction cup always fails over time, and it then flails in the wind. These are 100% attached to the window itself. For anyone who is curious, a set of two works perfectly for the windows on my F150 pickup truck, which are larger than car door windows. I've already bought two of them, one for each side of my truck. These are fantastic! I strongly suggest it.
These are what I use on my side window as a professional driver. I switch vehicles every day, so I'm always getting in and out of them. It would be preferable if I could keep them turned on. If they become too dirty, the window becomes dirty, or it becomes extremely cold, they will lose their suction. It helps if I wipe them off. You can see through them, but they do reduce your night vision. When I go to bed, I take them off.
), I put these on my drivers side window to help shade me from the harsh California sun. To cover a larger portion of my window, I double up. They adhere well to the skin. I only wish there was a way to verify the UPF ratings on these products because I would like 100% to know if it is UPF 50.
With a little patience, these work out well. They arrive twisted, and you must straighten them out by smoothing them out against the window with pressure to get them to stick. However, I discovered that if you put them on on a hot day, they are very easy to press flat and stay in place even if you have to remove and replace them.
This does not always hold up in the car and will collapse during use.
This sunshade serves no purpose at all. It's nearly impossible to cling (at least when it's cold outside; I haven't tried in the summer). Furthermore, it does not actually block the sun. It may block UV rays, but it's still blinding my eyes, so what's the point? I was not impressed in the least.
Purchased for my daughter, who appears to enjoy it.
The film is transparent and does not provide any protection against flare. The construction quality is poor, and it does not appear to be durable enough to withstand daily use.
