No, I doubt it. At the very least, none that was made specifically for this purpose. You could "rig" one to work with it, but it's probably easier to just buy a different shade.
I can't think of a reason why not. It can be stretched to fit your requirements. The suction is extremely strong. I've tried others and they don't last, but these do.
I haven't decided yet. It covers the window from corner to corner on my Dodge Journey, and there's still some slack if I need to stretch it out further. I hope this information is useful.

These were purchased in threes for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. I've tried roll-down blinds before, but the rollers eventually broke down, and for irregularly shaped windows, there were sections that let in too much light and didn't feel efficient. I used one in the front passenger seat for my wife and two in the middle seats to protect my dogs from the bright southern sun, but I wasn't sure how much light would be blocked, if the suction cups would stay in place, or if it was worth the money. I can honestly say they performed admirably and far exceeded my expectations. The ability to create shade was exceptional. During the day, I was able to see clearly enough to drive safely through them. It was not the case in this instance. Surface issues were at hand, with text in or on the glass in the bottom corners of the side windows. There is a better seal that lasts if you don't put the suction cup on the text. The seal eventually breaks if the text is applied. I didn't notice any flaws in the glass, but the suction cups clearly did. One of my suction cups had some debris in it, so clean it out. The suction cups were perfect after I cleaned them. For over 2000 miles of driving, none of the suction cups failed in my case once I got them to stay.
I have a 2013 RAV4 and it fits fine. I'm not bothered by the suction cups; in fact, I have some stickers on the bottom left corner of my window that are fairly well adhered. I live in Houston, so it's always hot and sunny, but I've never had any problems. The only complaint I have is that the top of the shade does not have a way to bend because it is made of fabric, which allows a small amount of sunlight to enter and occasionally hit my face. I think this is a significant improvement over having my windows completely clear with only a light tint.
Just OK - It only stretches to a rectangle shape, which is insufficient for slanted small back windows, such as those found in my Jetta. As you can see in the image, even when stretched, the line sags, allowing light to enter through the top and failing to completely cover the window as I had hoped. Even when the suction cups are wet, they do not stay in place and keep popping off. Just OK - I didn't find the solution I was looking for to be particularly good or exceptional. I made it work despite the fact that my back windows are a little wonky. It doesn't completely cover my window, but it does a good job of keeping the sun off the baby's face. It's been on the window for a few months and the suction cups have never come off. My first, which was a more expensive brand, had terrible suctions, so overall, good quality at a good price.
The only reason this shade doesn't get five stars is that it prevents your window from rolling down (though most sunshades do). Aside from that minor annoyance, the Dreambaby Adjusta- Car Shade 1) stretches well and stays in place (on the back window of a Subaru Outback), 2) has very strong suction cups, and 3) appears to block sunlight adequately. Time will tell if the suction decreases quickly or if the "permanent" stretching loosens the cloth material quickly, but for now, this is an excellent sunshade.
It can be shaped as long as you keep it in the same shape as it is now. If you stretch it too far, the suction cups will fail to adhere. It will bunch up if you don't stretch it far enough, making it difficult to see through. You have to fight with it to get it off the window because, while the suction cups are unreliable, they really don't want to come off when you try to remove them. It's completely useless. It was thrown away by me.
