This mirror allows my daughter to be seen - I love it! It's clear and easy to understand.
The answer is yes, I am sure. The headrest of my Nissan Sentra was also fixed when I owned it. In addition to the first adjustable strap, you'll need to get creative with the second one.

I just installed it in my car a few minutes ago. I'm 39 weeks pregnant. My baby is so small, and I have tried using other mirrors and have absolutely struggled to adjust it so I can see where he is. Installing this one was super easy. It holds in place, and can easily be adjusted. It is set up on an axis on the back which can be rotated and moved. Although the car is in motion, I am unable to answer (yet) if the airbag will rattle or move. Yet, it feels snug against the headrest, so I have no worries that it will cause any problems.
There is no doubt that you will be able to see your baby better in this mirror. The attachment to the headrest is simple and secure. Although I really wanted to love this mirror, there's a problem it doesn't fit tightly into the piece of equipment, so it angles down when the vehicle is moving and all I see are baby's Although it's nice that you can put the angle in the right place, it really doesn't.
Because the mirror gets knocked around when I am putting the toddler in her car seat, I must readjust it frequently. No matter how far the toddler is away from the mirror, gravity will still move it. As well, I don't know if my rearview mirror is slightly tinted or if it's just this mirror, but the image of my child is difficult to see when I look through the rearview mirror to this one. an intentional feature of this mirror as it reduces the amount of sunlight reflecting on to them when driving, but it makes me struggle to see how they are, making it harder to see where they are. I try not to check on them until a full stop has been reached.
The one I bought for my Ford Focus is actually the same one I bought for my husband's I position the one in my husband's car so that it sits exactly where I want it. My car (a 2013) shakes quite a bit when my drivers are hit from behind. A separate point, which has nothing to do with the product, is that when I look in my rearview mirror, I cannot really see my daughter over the Grace Click Connect Snug Ride 35 car seat handle. Unless she gets too close, I might move the mirror to the middle seat and look at her through that. I just thought I would include that extra info in case it's helpful for anyone!.
This is different from the others. My car had small headrests, so I found this to be the most effective. This mirror has a piece attached to the headrest that sits against the headrest. There is an arm that holds it in place. In addition to observing multiple angles, the mirror has the ability to move more than any other. Keeps in place as well!.
Mirror of choice for me. Having good mirrors in the car is crucial to me as I have two children under 2 years old. It was a mistake for me to purchase a skip hop and a As for the fisher price one, it has been thrown in the trash and the skip hop one has been ordered. As an alternative to other brands of fun house mirrors, this one comes with perfect image quality. The design is simple. Setting it up is easy. Does not wiggle out of place and stays put. Price is more than what the item is worth.
As well as the ball joint, it locked up. This is a terrible product. I contacted the company but they are not being responsive. They are pretty good products our family really likes them.
The only mirror that worked correctly for us was the car seat mirror. A buckle covers the headrest with straps that can be fastened in two different ways. Allows you to get a good look at your baby from any angle. Swivels 360 degrees. It is easy to see baby through the mirror from front seat since it is clear.
