Is a doona car seat compatible with it?

Yes, it does. My daughter is on the small side, so I had to get an extra head comfort to keep her comfortable, but it's great.

AS A STROLLER INSERT, IT'S WAY TOO BIG

FIRST IMPRESSIONbr>It arrived in pretty bad shape due to the shipping location; I'm not sure if putting it in the washing machine would make it more even and remove the wrinkles. I also noticed that the area where the car seat/stroller straps should be has small stains on both sides, indicating that it has been used previously. br>br>COMPARISONbr>I had also purchased the Coolbebe with the intention of using it in the car seat and this one in the stroller, but this Innokids beige one turned out to be too big, despite the fact that my baby has not yet arrived. STROLLER INSERTbr>Decided to test it in the stroller, I have a Cybex Gazelle, and I need an insert so I can lay down a newborn because I don't want to buy a bassinet or have the car seat attached to it. There is a bump where the doll's head should be for the neck, which makes it quite uncomfortable; it's also not as hugging on the sides, which leaves plenty of room around the legs and between the tights, where they should be secured with the straps. I will be returning it because it does not work as expected for me.

When I used to put my baby in the car seat, she would cry a lot. I used to think she didn't like car rides because I didn't realize she was in pain. It was a game changer when I put this cushion in her car seat. As if by magic. What a difference it made! She appears to be in a much better mood now. I'm sure I'll get another. This is an excellent product.

It's a big hit with my 6-month-old. Because of his neck, he used to be very uncomfortable in his car seat, and he would get hot and sweat a lot. He now enjoys his car seat, and when he gets hot, neither his neck nor the car seat get soaked. It has a lot of air circulation. It's lovely.

It's too short for a toddler, and it hits her in the middle of her head. It's aimed at toddlers, so that's a bit of a annoyance.

The stitching is of poor quality

I like how it has a neutral color scheme and a soft/supportive body. However, after a few washes due to blowouts in the car seat, the stitching that connected the head support to the body part came undone, which was frustrating. Fortunately, staining has never been a problem for me.
