The keypad can be moved by pushing it up or using your keys. It isn't safe to buy if you are not sure. The fact that I am able to rest easy when the kids and I are on the freeway is appreciated.
I have never seen a car seat buckle that is exactly like the actual buckle on a car, so I cannot say it. What it is, is just a little rectangle attached to the car buckle which covers the red button so the kids cannot use the button to take off the seat belt
That's what it should be. A universal fit is provided by this product.
Not at all! The Mitsubishi Mirage I have is a 2020 model. THE CENTER BUCKETLE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT WORKS. The system is useless if you have to choose between rambunctious children!

I have used a few of these types of devices over the years and can honestly say this one stands out above the rest, mainly because it comes with a unique release key that appear to be safer and more reliable than other methods. It is better to stick a car key or other object through the belt rather than through the Although the kids were initially annoyed with the buckle guard because they could not release their seat belts, it has succeeded in educating them that they need to stay buckled until it is safe to release the belts. Simply clip the buckle guard onto the buckle receiver and this little device simply sits on top - the belt passes through the top of the guard and clips into place, it fits instantly and is so simple I am amazed at the quality of this product. Plastic material is durable and well made, and it is easy to use. It may well end up saving my nieces and nephews from injury, and me from being stressed out constantly. Definitely recommend this product! I am very happy with it.
I have a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan minivan and it works like a charm. Whenever I put my van into park and turned off the engine, my son would immediately unbuckle the seatbelt, get out, and start roaming around, resulting in damaged bags of shopping and having to play "keep away" with a child that could get into trouble. Getting pulled over for a traffic stop and then being falsely accused of letting my son run wild while I am driving was not something I wanted to happen. It is clear that this seat belt guard put an immediate halt to these inappropriate No slipping occurs when the guard is worn. With the included plastic tool, I can unlock my seatbelt button almost immediately, no need to search for a screwdriver. The tool will help you develop some sense of mindfulness so that you know that keys are present when you go to remove your child from the car. I do not have any issues with forgetting my keys, but if you do, this tool will be very helpful. It would absolutely be a good idea for me to purchase this device for any vehicle that my son rode.
Trying to unbuckle himself, our youngest constantly does so. It has never worked and he has never been able to escape. His older siblings are able to get him out of the house so easily. Although he isn't yet aware of it, my husband still doesn't understand. The car seat protector is small enough for me to keep in my pocket or purse when we switch car seats or if I don't want to lose it. This is a very sturdy material.
This is my favorite of many I have owned over the years. I will be purchasing more in the future. Thanks so much!.
Because I am just using this to keep my dog in, I simply snipped one end and slid it on before buckling this has solved my issue, but it won't serve you well if you're trying to buckle a child or dependent.
I was able to make it work on my Honda CR-V 2016 I bought this for a Honda Odyssey, but it did not work on the seats of the 2018 and 2020 models.
There is a very large target market for which this product is deemed ineffective.
What is the cause of its failure? It is required to insert the metal tab quite far into the buckle for it to click, which is not possible due to the thickness of the plastic.
A friend recommended this to me because it has a good seat There was a belt tether I got for my dog that kept coming undone. As the buckle on the tether itself is quite narrow, I was unsure whether a cover would be effective at all. As long as you can insert it and use it, it never gets much wider than this The cover was barely wide enough to engage the buckle of the car (and not much wider than the strap), and I was worried that it might travel up the strap and allow the buckle to become detached. That was a good thing. As I needed the seat belts for the rear I did not test this on the front buckles of the Subaru only the rear.
