The sheets fit perfectly on top of the pack n play mattress/mound. It is hard for me to imagine them fitting well on a baby mattress, but I am assuming that's the case. The sheets are soft and quiet and when there is a leak, the leak is absorbed by the sheet without going through to the mattress. Because the blankets do not seem very breathable, if I put my baby down without clothing, she seems to sweat a lot faster because it's like laying on plastic all the time, but she is fine when she's dressed. In the near future, I intend to purchase a second set.
