There are good covers for your pad, but you need to check their size

Although they are great for what they are designed to do, I purchased them together with my changing pad as part of the ‘people also bought’ section and I discovered that the two sizes do not match. If you have an unusual size pad, make sure the fabric fits your size pad, as mine was an unusual size. My mom is good at sewing, so she fixed my pad Despite the smaller size, they are a great product.
