Product Description

This product is made from 6061 billet aluminum
Stabilizes and increases the safety of the wheels by extending their width
Designed to allow you to install larger aftermarket tires and prevent rubbing of the shocks, struts, and exhaust systems it protects
This increases the clearance between the tire and the frame, allowing tire installation on wider wheels or on tires with good traction such as mud, rock and snow. Quick and easy installation makes these wheel spacers a great choice. The wheel spacer is attached to the hub, and then the wheel is positioned on top of A modification of the vehicle is not necessary.

Questions & Answers

When the bolts are spaced how large is the gap?

Item 4/10

How much space do you allow for these on the Coolster125's front and rear?

As you can see, I only added them to the rear tires so they would sit a little wider than the fronts.

Are there two of you?

There are two units in the package, and I might add that they seem to be of high quality

Is it suitable to fit the rear coolster of the 2017 125cc?

There is no way I can tell. There is no response from the seller. Upon my return to work tomorrow, I will have a response for you

Designed for use with They are made for models that have aluminum wheels, as indicated by the title
5/5

I had to modify them to make them fit steel wheels, but they are able to be made to fit. They are on a Tao Tao 125G Cheetah that my son owns. There is a requirement for modifications. According to my standards of quality and value, I am giving this five stars. Knowing that I had to modify them beforehand, I went ahead and did so. The first issue is that the bore centric ring relief cut on the back of the spacers is too small and cannot sit flush against the hubs. Fortunately, I have a lathe in our shop and I was able to have it enlarged to fit properly. Here are some details. It is approximately 0. 8" larger if my memory serves me right. With a steel rim, they are bolted to the hubs from the front. The second modification is to the hubs. During installation, you will need to convert the hubs into studded hubs and then use the included tapered lug nuts to attach the spacer to the hubs. The challenge is that they are threaded M10x1 though. A lug nut is M10x1 and the studs are M10. There is a need to rethink this Thread pitch can be altered by tapping the hubs. Despite that you are creating weak threads, you only are doing this to install new bolts from the back to use as studs. The tapered lug nuts will hold the wheel together anyhow, so you should be less concerned about how strong these threads are. The number I used was There are 8 M10x1 holes. Bolts with a flange size of 25x40mm. As an alternative to 10, I considered I would go for the 8 if I were shopping for a kids quad. I would suggest 8, as it is more than sufficient.

The last step was to get some 10mm washers and M10x1 bolts. For fastening the wheels, you will need 25 nylon locking nuts. I had to spend a lot of time on this, however the end result is perfect now. The rear tires are as wide as the front tires now. Earlier this year, I bought a $120 "for steel rims" set from a popular ATV shop on eBay and received something very similar to Therefore, those went back and we are here now. If you have aluminum wheels or the ability to modify them for steel rims, then this is an awesome value for the money.

Spacer of high quality
5/5

ATV Coolster 125cc. Bought these to go with it. Most 4 lug Chinese ATVs should be able to use it. A well-built piece of aluminum. It has nice machining. It is easy and quick to install. I would recommend doing this if you own one of these ATVs since the rear track is a great deal narrower than the front track.

It worked, but it would have been nice if there had been more It may be that I didn't order correctly, didn't read all the details, or whatever, but these spacers were not exactly designed for There was a bigger hub size on the ATV axles than on the opposite ATV axle The wheel spacers should have a bore
3/5

It just so happens that I work with a whole bunch of machinists so I had a chance to do this The bore of my axle was enlarged to fit the axle. It was better to order right away, whether it turned out to be right or wrong, so I wouldn't have to wait for replacements and possibly order incorrectly a second time. I don't recall seeing that dimension in the description, but maybe I missed As for the rear hubs, they do their job, which is to move the rear wheels further apart during turns for better handling.

The 2018 Tao tao New Cheetah and Tforce models are not compatible
3/5

There are no modifications to the new Tao Tao Cheetah for 2018. These spacers were not fabricated wide enough on the center bore to fit over the lip on the hub and rest flush. This is due to the lip on the face of the hub, which needs to be machined wide enough on the center bore to fit over it. They appear to have been well machined except for that.

The quad will be safer
5/5

The Apollo Blazer 9 125cc quad worked perfectly with this battery. When I bought some M10 x 30 1 bolts, the ones that came with the 4 wheeler only made it half way through the threads, so I bought some more bolts. Bolts and washers that fit the 5 pitch pitch holes were used to replace the old ones.

I like the super spacing
5/5

Thanks be to God. I am very satisfied with these so far, as they did everything that I needed. Since I didn't want to have to mount the paddles on the original rims, I bought a set of new rims with paddle tires attached. In spite of this, they would not work due to their offset difference, as they were too close to the exhaust pipe and risked serious injury. They put these on and shoved it out to clear the area with plenty of space We had fun running the paddles at the dunes this weekend in a Wolverine 450 4x4 with paddles on the front and rear. Back to you. It will be interesting to see how they hold up during A BRIEF UPDATE My wife and I just got back from a weekend in the sand dunes in Oklahoma. I had no problems with these. During the first couple hours of riding, I checked them and everything was fine. The rest of the weekend was spent without thinking about them. We swapped tires Sunday night and left them on the track with the stock tires for a little extra stability.

You still haven't figured out how you're going to center them
3/5

The wheel hoop had to be adjusted after installation as there was a considerable amount of wheel hoop after installation. As best I could, I tried to center by eye after loosening the lugs. As there is nothing mechanical to center the spacer to the wheel, this will be an ongoing struggle to keep them centered. This is a poor design and may be dangerous if used at high.

I was satisfied with the results
5/5

ATV I bought for my son is a Coolster 3125b. This bike works well, but I noticed it twitched when I rode it at high There was a large difference between the width of the front and back wheels. The twitching was the result of that. The spacers sound interesting, so I decided to give them a try. They work great, with 2" on each side. I made the ATV a bit more stable. There has never been any problem with them. This track tracks much.
