There are three TireMinder TM66 models A1A, TM66, and TM66-TM66A The 77 monitor as well as the TireMinder Smart TPMS Bluetooth adapter are all powered by Micro USB. Battery power is provided by a 12V DC charger on the TireMinder TMG400C monitor. TireMinder transmitters make use of a novel wireless transmission technology An CR1632 battery with a life span of about nine to fourteen

The TM77 system is compatible with these sensors, right?

TireMinder TM-series TPMS are compatible with these sensors, as are all TireMinder TPMS These are also known as the 1777, A1A, TM66, TM55,

Would you like to clarify something earlier? To observe crv from a motorhome on trips, I was curious about having both a factor internal sensor and an external sensor such as a tire minder. ?

The 2013 Honda CRV that I tow behind my 2006 Monaco Dynasty Platinum is equipped with a five-speed manual transmission. There is no interaction between the TireMinder sensors and the factory Honda TPMS system since they operate at a different frequency. In our tests, the TireMinder worked great on the CRV when it was being towed, and the factory system worked perfect for If I drove the CRV, I suppose I could find a way to take the TireMinder monitor with me. But

Brass and aluminium are two different metals, so why should they differ?

Steel valve stems are made from steel or brass. Brass valve stems are made from brass or stainless steel. The aluminum valve stems are used with tires that have monitoring systems for tire pressure installed in the factory. If galvanic corrosion is to be avoided, the metals must be compatible.

A crack appears in the cap Keep an eye out and be cautious
4/5

I like this product very much, clearly being able to see the air pressure in both my truck and 5th wheel (on the road) is quite convenient. Also, the ability to monitor the air pressure in my trailer is very useful (especially since it is connected to my truck). The challenge is that I have had these for about two years (I have 8 total) and two of them are no longer functional. There were two I lost, one was due to a trailer tire that blew out and I think the rubber pulled it off or the pressure blew it off the tire (though the valve stem was still on the rim) but, the second one, I lost because of a manufacturing defect. Plastic is used to hold the battery in the top of the cap. I have noticed that the plastic cap has broken over the past two years, allowing dirt, debris, and water access to There is no way to view it on the monitor, as it is no longer there. All of that has been done, including cleaning and putting new batteries in it, and even trying to relearn afterward, without any success. As a result, at $75 for each valve stem, it is extremely expensive. Despite the fact that I really like them, I cannot afford to replace them. may have been too tight when the cap was glued on, but I was always aware of that when I removed them or replaced the In this case, it's possible that the technician fitted them too tightly (when checking tire pressure) and cracked them -- but have they ever ended up cracking. The final rating is 4 stars because it feels like 3 stars, but honestly I like them, so that's why it is a 4 out of 5.

Whenever you tow a trailer with dual axles, this is an essential
4/5

There have been 8 of these for me On my camper and trailer, there are four and on my truck, there are four. This pack of two is the second one I've bought I will keep one to keep in my spare area and replace the one that failed on my truck with another. Except that I had to replace the one that hadn't worked anymore after a few months on my truck - I had given 5 stars Due to metal on the wheel, I had to take the truck to the mechanic's before I could fix it It sounds like metal screeching coming from the brake pad and rotor because the caliper is frozen. As a result of chewing up this brake pad, the alloy wheel and this sensor were covered in brown dust. It would be fair to say that I can't blame this one sensor for the failure under these circumstances Other than that, all 7 other components continue to function Even though all of these things are true, I wouldn't want to be without them. In the past year or two, I have experienced two flat or blown out tires on my dual axle trailer, both of which damaged the tires My trailer tire has a flat that I was not aware of until 1) I noticed and 2) a motorist pulled alongside me, with her window down and waving to me. Now knowing that I cannot feel a flat on a dual-tired trailer, I am determined to check things out. This is a lifesaver for our 6,000-mile annual haul with our axel trailer, as it keeps me informed of tire pressure and temperature The distance driven during summer trailer camping in the U. S. is 8,000 miles.

I bought this additional tire monitor to complement the six Tireminders that came with our dually Sprinter one--i use them for all of the wheels on the truck--but it is a bit tricky to set up the first time
5/5

The tech support is excellent. Our Airstream has four wheels and a tow vehicle that can tow a ton. Delivery from Camping World and UPS were nightmares, but this set from Amazon was nothing but a smooth process from beginning to end. In general, TireMinder66 has provided a tremendous amount of assistance, but there have been challenges with it as well. It was not complicated as long as you followed the instructions correctly, even if some of my friends who bought the kit at the same time found it difficult. It was hard for us to get any of the transmitters to connect at all because of a mistake we made during installation. We were able to get solutions through TireMinder when we called them, since the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she tracked down the problem thoroughly. As a result of the dualies on the Sprinter as well as the stick rubber valves and valve extensions, we experienced a great deal of difficulty. An extension that seemed to be faulty was the first obstacle the team had to overcome. This was not an issue until the TPMS sensor was installed because the system loads up each valve extension with full pressure (so it can monitor the tire), it now illuminates any fault in the extender that had been masked by the cap at the end. We pulled off the tires to make sure the problem was in the straight extension, but the tire guy reinstalled the tire a bit differently and put a significant load on the rubber valve on the matching wheel when we replaced the straight extension. We were running low of batteries the next day, so the system told us that we were. We managed to put the damaged valve in such a position that the leak/leaking could not be heard after refkatung the tire. After we slowed down, the race was over. As we monitored the inflation pressure with the TPMS, we could stop as needed and keep the tire within a safe inflation range until we could get the valve changed. One of the things we like about the system is its ability to turn off the four trailer monitors easily from the main unit when we want to leave the trailer and head off, and then easily turn them back on when we return. It is better to acquire them later than now. Sadly, there is a mistake in the manual that you need to hold both the center and the UP buttons together until all of the tires appear onscreen. By pressing another button, you can switch between the truck monitors and the trailer monitors, or view all of the monitors at once. In the event that all of those are showing correctly, you exit the mode in the same way you entered and all is well. The same friendly tech was able to solve this problem once more, and I am very grateful for her assistance. There must be a way to fix the instruction manual for everyone So it's a bit complicated to get set up, but once it's all up and running, you don't understand how you ever managed without it. If you travel a lot, this is a must.

On the road, we want you to be at ease
4/5

Our fifth wheel RV has been equipped with the TireMinder system since we upgraded to full-time living It's been in place for quite some time and it is working We were even able to avoid serious damage to the trailer tire when we got a large piece of rebar through it in One of our trades this year was for a 1-acre lot A dual-tonner A rear-facing camera The truck has six new sensors on it and six new wheels. Up until the death of one transmitter this week, the system ran smoothly. MinderResearch just got off the phone with me. A new sensor will be sent out under warranty today after the company was very easy to deal with. TireMinder will remain in our system as long as it remains in our system!.

2 years have passed and everything has been fine
3/5

One sensor is destroyed and you are unable to use it. The other six sensors on my motorhome are in these sensors, so I bought a pair to go with my utility trailer.
It's been 2 years, and I haven't had any problems. Now one of the speed sensors is damaged, and I can't buy a replacement. This product was covered by a one-year warranty. Even when you buy two sensors, you save money over buying the whole I will walk away from the brand that I always shop for if I have a choice!.

The spare tire problem has been solved! In what sense does "sheerness" rate matter? It was the only option I had for my spare tire to work with my TPMS
5/5

Older versions of transmitters send data only when rotation is detected, so spare tire would not be seen by the receiver and a missing signal alarm would sound again and again, which was When an update is not rotating, the updated version will send a notification. I managed to solve the problem successfully!.
