Questions & Answers
All that's required, according to the instructions, is a mounting location on your trailer near your batteries, and then connecting the plus and negative wires to one of the batteries. However, because my trailer isn't very long and my sensors accurately report pressure and temperature, I don't need to use the repeater.
It measures tire pressure as well as temperature. The stems of our valves are made of solid steel. There is no rubber on the stem. br>These are extremely effective. They do, however, require three people. It takes 4 minutes for them to recognize their positions, but they do every time.br>Excellent product.
It works even when the car is parked. It works as long as the sensors are connected to the tires, the monitor is within range, and all of the batteries are fully charged.
The four sensors are capable of handling four tires. Purchase the version with six sensors. The monitor has a maximum capacity of 28 tires. br>This is an excellent system. Every time it lights up, it takes around 5 minutes.

The monitor was set up by me - While at my computer, I mated it with the caps, installed the caps the next day, turned on the monitor, and was on my way. The monitor was quickly discovered by sensors, and the deal was sealed. It's already something I like. The song "Desert Pete" came to mind as I watched the sensors make contact with the monitor. Believe in yourself, my friend; there is water beneath you.
The TST 507 is a solid piece of equipment. I was initially concerned because I already have rubber valve stems (high-pressure version), and all of the negative reviews about rubber valve stems nearly convinced me not to purchase these. I'm glad I did. I drove a round trip of 250 miles (500 miles) and had no problems; everything worked as it should have. On my tandem axle travel trailer, I put them to good use. br>Before I left, I called TST tech/customer support, and they were extremely helpful, stating that they have these caps on thousands of rubber valve stems in the field.
This unit worked perfectly and was always accurate when compared to my digital gauge checks. br>The display was fantastic and looked great in my truck's dash. When you have a temperature or pressure issue that is out of the norm, these alarms are fantastic. br>At first, programming it was a little difficult, but not too difficult. In terms of the tires, it gave me a lot of peace of mind. This is a unit that I would strongly recommend.
Last weekend, I used it on a weekend trip, and it performed as expected. I went to YouTube and watched a few programming tutorial videos. I simply learn better by watching rather than reading the instructions, though you should still read them thoroughly. I would definitely buy this system again and recommend it to others. This is a continuation of the previous update. It worked for a while, but it wasn't reliable. It may only monitor two of my tires at a time, then only one. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, so I went out and purchased new batteries. It was still only keeping an eye on three tires. After arriving at our destination after a long day of travel, a6 begins to monitor all four tires on our trailer. As a result, the verdict has not yet been reached. Perhaps I should remain motionless until all four tires have been captured. The story will continue.
SUPPORT. On a new 24 foot trailer, I installed this TPMS. Jayco is a brand of travel trailer. The display unit was simple to program (follow the directions). (see video on YouTube). When one of the sensor caps failed to display tire psi, I contacted CS, and TST sent me a replacement. I drove 1000 miles with the new TPMS and it performed as expected. I'm very pleased with the outcome.
I didn't expect it to be as trustworthy as it has proven to be. Maybe it'll disconnect on a regular basis, I reasoned. It takes a few minutes for the signal to be picked up, but once it is, the connection is maintained. It appears to be within /- of being correct. 2 pounds. It's something I'd buy again if the opportunity arose. On a 25-inch screen, I'm using it. I didn't use the extender that came with the LTV RV because it was too small for me. It gives me a sense of security that I didn't have before.
We didn't need to install the signal booster because it worked great on our recent trip; we had great reception from our cab to the tires on our Travel trailer. Setup was simple after watching a video on U-verse. Tube - The only issue we had was that when the receiver was on the dash, it got hot and lost the signal. We moved the receiver to a shaded area and it cooled down and worked properly for the rest of our trip.
This system was installed on the tires of my fifth-wheel RV. The system was extremely simple to set up and provides a great deal of security. Tire temperatures and air pressure are no longer a concern. According to my digital tire gauge, the system was accurate and very sensitive, indicating a temperature increase depending on which side of the RV the sun was shining on. This purchase has given me a lot of joy.
