Questions & Answers

Is the Motorol G7 Power compatible with this app?

FOBO Bike is a cutting-edge Wireless Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) that uses the most up-to-date Bluetooth 4 technology. 0 that is fully compatible with Android (v4. iOS (v7.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x. It comes with two wireless tire sensors and is compatible with iOS 1 or later.

Will the tire pressure be sent while the bike is moving?

Yes, it has the ability to track tire pressure in real time. When you're riding or in Bluetooth range, you can use your phone to keep track of time. It detects slow and fast leaks, as well as anomalies, and sends out alerts to users. It then sends the readings to the user's smartphone, where they can be viewed. Air pressure upper and lower thresholds can be set by the user. On a smartphone, smartwatch, or Bluetooth headset, FOBO Bike 2 can send immediate audio, haptic, and text alerts. With its smart algorithm, it will monitor pressure based on thresholds and provide three levels of alerts if the thresholds are exceeded.

Is it true that these Fobos connect to the phone more quickly than the original Fobos?

The old Fobo's are still functional. Your phone must physically touch the Fobo in order to pair. It won't pair if it's more than 1/2" away. The old Fobo app is used by the old Fobos. The newer Fobo app is used by version 2 Fobos. They will not connect if you use an older version of the Fobo app.

What is the lowest pressure it will read or detect?

People who can save your life
5/5

I hope. Back in October of last year, The sound of a gunshot can be heard as I'm driving down Highway 85 at 85 mph. My bike is violently banging from left to right, and I am certain I will hit the pavement in the next second. Next thing I know, my buddy next to me is 5 feet ahead of me, and my bike is violently banging from left to right. I suppose I'm deserving of it because I'm a non-violent individual. believer. My wife, on the other hand, had a right to expect more. She is a firm believer in every aspect of life. God, the devil, southern cooking, a clean home and a happy husband, aromatherapy, and so on. br>br>So while I was clinging to this bucking Bronco, wondering what had happened. When I got to number 70, I had two thoughts: "Wow, this is going to hurt when I hit the pavement," and "If there was just a way to confirm I just lost all pressure in my rear tire," aren't even logical. br>br> Because modern motorcycle tires maintain their shape even when they are completely deflated. Sure, you're a little shaky, but it's nothing compared to the shambles I'm sitting on right now, with my back end swaying 45 degrees left and right. br>br>We came to a side skidding stop perfectly aligned with the edge of a crowd road, I flipped the kill switch, high fived the "Old Lady" after she jumped off, and was immediately punched in the head by her. It's fine that her adrenaline was pumping. At the very least, she didn't stab me in the throat, which is a common occurrence when other girls take risks when she isn't present. Regardless, let's return to the tire pressure monitoring system. I'm a little hesitant when it comes to tire pressure because the Michelin Commander IIs didn't make it past the 3000 mile mark. My sidewall had a ten-foot rip. It's no surprise it was a little shaky. Everyone tells me that rips do not occur in modern tires. So they can only assume that mine was caused by a slow leak in the tire that heated up the tire and sidewall as we continued to speed down the highway, until it became too much for the sidewall to handle. br>br>So now I have TPMS on all of my bikes (I have three), because trust me, I check to make sure I'm still at the recommended pressure at every stop.

I ride a Harley Davidson Road Glide, and I regularly check the tire pressure, but it's a real pain to do so without this product

You must remove your bags and lay down. The majority of the time, I'm lying down. Having to check the air in my tires is no longer a hassle. Love it!.

FOBO Bike was a good game for me
5/5

FOBO Bike 2 is a better version of the original. My experience with FOBO Bike was positive. When it first became available, I was one of the first people to buy it. So when FOBO Bike 2 was released, I decided to give it a shot. br>It just seems to work better this way. Something is different, and I can't pinpoint what it is. It has a strong enough Bluetooth signal that I can check my tire pressure from my bedroom (which is directly above the garage). It's all right. And if it detects a low tire pressure in the middle of the night, it will alert you. It does, indeed, notify me! There's nothing like being awakened in the middle of the night by a low tire pressure warning. (Actually, it was quite amusing. ) and the tire DID sag a little). br>I've had it for about two months and it has proven to be completely reliable. Batteries Are Still Showing 100% The older ones would go from nearly dead to fully charged inexplicably. That is something I have never understood. br>br>So, yes, I'm happy. br>Is there anyone interested in purchasing a set of original FOBO Bike sensors? br>I've had these items for 2 years and still adore them. When the batteries finally died, I replaced them with new ones, and the FOBOs came back to life. br>I highly recommend this product for safe motorcycle riding. There are no longer any justifications for failing to inspect tire pressures. When you're on the road, do it every morning. Otherwise, you might not realize you've had a puncture until it's too late.

It's ideal for standard non-alcoholic beverages
5/5

Bikes equipped with tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS). This was installed the other day, and it's a huge improvement over the old TPMS system I had on my 2016 Scout. I like that I can check it from inside my house on my phone to see if I need to add air before I start riding, and that the temperature and pressure readings are displayed fairly accurately. I'm not sure what the other items in the box are for, and the instruction manual doesn't explain them. It was a breeze to set up the system. If you're a year-round rider like me and your bike doesn't have all the bells and whistles that more expensive motorcycles have, this is a must-have. br>br>Updated 2/8/2020: If the bike is parked outside in temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, the sensors don't work well, and the bike claims to have a low battery and low tire pressure. The battery will show as full once it has warmed up again, and the tire pressure will be fine.

Failure in every way
3/5

Installed as instructed and loved the capability, but on the third ride after installation, the product failed spectacularly, leaving me with a completely flat tire that I rode on for an unknown amount of time before other riders noticed it (mind you, you can ride pretty much flat on a Michelin Commander 2) Had the overlay up and kept on believing it, but it had failed and was not updating pressure, and my guess is that as it failed, it slowly let out air that wasn't supposed to be there. I'm not going to reinstall it in the future. Will need to purchase a new tire after running it flat, but was able to air it up and drive home slowly with a bad wobble from the damage.
