The extension cord should be rated for input current 30A. If the cord is rated lower than 30A, the cord will be at risk of burning or causing damage.
My experience with 6011 and 6013 rods has been good. It is constructed of mild steel and is not very
My guess is that a 3500w generator will suffice.
Though I do not have any means to verify, it states that it is putting out 195 amps at its maximum setting, and I suggest that it welds as if it is putting out that much power.

I like how the arc welder is auto start. It is the first of its kind I've used. My experience with it so far is that it burns a 7/32 rod easier than a 5/32 rod on 110 volt or lower, which is good for home projects. I would recommend this welder. Despite its weight and ease of use, it is a great tool to have.
I am stunned. It is a very useful tool. There is no doubt that it is well built and has a smooth, steady output. This thing has given me zero complaints and I'm thrilled to have such an affordable SMAW setup! There are many more affordable machines with far more reviews on Amazon (there were only two when I ordered it), but I got lucky and found this one that works flawlessly!.
There is supposed to be a 20 amp 120 volt breaker welded onto it. Despite not tripping the breaker, it did not produce an arc on a consistent basis. You can weld the stick to the steel at most. I was unable to get it to arc more than a few times. It took me about a quarter inch of welding with the 7018 stick to make a weld that was proper. It was a mess the rest of the time. It was my first time holding a 7018 stick, but I didn't try the 1/8. This would usually only do the job of welding the stick to the steel, so you could not take the stick off. There is no point in doing so the stick is only going to bend and break. Despite the fact that I had high expectations of this machine, I'm returning it. I have welding experience. A 190 amp setting on the welder was not even enough to start an arc.
I removed it from the shipping box, connected the leads, and connected it to a 110 volt outlet (with a 10 ga, 50 ft extension cord), and joined some scraps It was only a test, but it penetrated further and deeper than anticipated. An arc can be easily drawn. After adjusting the setting from 120 amps to 195 amps, I turned it down to 110 Something very special was what I was looking for The device can be used in the field for repairs Works similar to shipbuilding but not exactly. It was a great purchase and I am happy with it. While I haven't been a professional welder for nearly 40 years, I have been hobby welding for over 35 The first welder I learned on was an old Craftsman stick welder and eventually I upgraded to a MIG. It took me no time to strike and maintain an arc as I didn't think I would even remember how to stick weld. The TOOLIOM 195A stick welder is highly recommended.
Thank you for designing a usable affordable machine welding is easy with the TL 1955 with my E7018 1/8 in rod and no stick function, you can weld like a pro, it's great for beginners, and I think it will be around for a long time.
It is a really good price for this product! I also purchased the Yeswelder 205 DS stick/TIG welder and I was very impressed with these machines as well. In any case, I'm going to research something that could.
Even though I am not a professional I've picked up arc welding pretty well after using this machine. I'm not a professional welder, so I haven't welded more than a few seconds in my life. There may not be a lot of beauty, but the welds are strong.
A friend of mine bought it for me. This was his first purchase, and he was very happy with it.
