As I used it to repair a plastic tank on the trailer of my RV, it should work.
Located outside of a fire or explosion risk. In case of a hole or crack in a plastic gas tank, yes, this will work. It appears to be a fire hazard, I recommend caution in using it!!
In order to strengthen that area, you get a wire mesh in the middle of the plastic and then you melt the plastic with the mesh in the middle of it. You can observe videos on YouTube of people using the welding machines and the mesh so you can get an idea. What to do and how

The tip of the welder is very small, while the welder is very small. I felt like a kid playing with a I just couldn't stick the black plastic rod plus the end broke off. It got lumpy and no longer stuck. . .
But the worst part was that it just blew away completely. The item I owned was damaged and made much worse as a result. A couple of extra tips were included. However, if I am unable to remove the threaded part of the welder, what benefit is there from them? The document is being returned to you! When I used this product, I felt like I had been robbed. It is not very durable and destroys whatever you use You need to beware!.
Having plugged it in, I turned it on. I spent 15 minutes on the phone. As soon as the light came on, it went out. Heats up again but not I am returning this item. Here's hoping that the next one does what it's supposed to do.
Got my welder in the mail just now. As a first step, I would like to thank the company for sending it one day sooner than was originally stated. The tip of this unit had been reported to bend from previous users, which made me hesitant to purchase it. Only one thing I can say is that those users would not have any experience with soldering irons. Since I am an Electronic Technician, I have used Soldering Irons for many years, and I know that you want to apply heat rather than pressure to the iron. Over the course of two days, I spent many hours working on my chipper with many cracks and pieces missing. The tip did not bend or bend at all. Even though the tool was plugged in for many hours each day, it did not fail. In addition, even if you are hard on the tool, you get two extra tips. You will not have any problems as long as you press lightly and let the tool do its job.
While there is the expected learning curve, there are ample supplies of all the materials needed for multiple.
My shoes break easily and would have given 5 stars if they weren't so weak. It is heavier duty than the replacements I ordered. An old kayak I used had an enormous hole, which I repaired.
The user interface is not complicated.
