If your stainless types are different from 300 series stainless types (except 316, you'll need a specific wire for that) and if you're welding stainless to mild steel in this case, 309L and LSI will weld these types or other stainless types. It is essential to determine what kind of stainless you are welding if you have no way to find It is best to use this spool, as the low 300 series of stainless alloys are the most commonly used stainless alloys. Whenever I need to make a guess, I use this formula. I would recommend that you figure out what you will be welding before you start.

My gift to Blue Demon was Blue Demon. FC wire 035 could have been given three stars if they had noted that it was not recommended for use in 90 amp, 120 volt Since both steel and stainless steel wire must be heated in order to melt, I became aware that stainless steel flux wire needs more heat in order to melt. I experienced this while welding my exhaust system, which combines both steel and stainless steel material. was unable to get the wire to flow the same way mild steel wire does To spot weld the wire, I had to crank both the voltage and wire speed all the way up. A bead was a little difficult to run for me. Currently, I use a Century FC 90 welder that is made by Lincoln Electric. Welding is done by an excellent technician. For this rather expensive brand of stainless steel wire, I am not in the same boat.
The clamps couldn't crush the stainless on my exhaust pipes so that a seal could be made. As a hobbyist, I am nowhere close to a professional, but using this flux core wire, I was able to weld stainless steel pipe. I purchased this flux core wire from Lincoln and used my 120v Lincoln WeldPak to weld this stainless steel pipe.
Compared to that, this was a lot cheaper. Set up a proper gas line and stainless steel wire. As far as weld quality, it was perfect. The only issue was that the stainless wire would unwind from the spool immediately after you removed the shipping tape. I don't know what to do.
In the listing, there is a full spool of thread. Although I understand that this is sold by weight, please don't go around deceiving.
It's still up to me to figure out the settings and learn how to weld more effectively.
That's a hell of a lot of fun for what it is. Although there are other gasless stainless wires out there, I have decided to try this stuff from Blue Demon because in all machines it runs the smoothest, has the least slag, and is easiest to maintain. However, it is very expensive, twice what Kiswell.
It appears to be the only brand on the market that offers stainless welding wire. I found this method to be helpful. A small project resulting in a much lower gas bill was saved by not purchasing another gas bottle.
