During the order process there was a fitting on the hose that had an issue that I didn't expect at all, so I called up the company support and they took care of the issue right away and sent me a new hose in addition to a glass tig cup. Having used Miller equipment on the highest end and professionally weld, I can say that this is just as good. Top quality products are available from the company, with a variety of options to suit the requirements of every customer. When I got it, it had leaked. My only complaint is that I had to tighten the fittings which was a hassle. I'm only concerned with the quality of the connection as it is now working great.
This is nothing major, it's just that the torch body leaked. I just wanted to point this out. This is an issue that CK should address.
The CK20 Water Cooled Torch I own is a top of the line product. There is good flow from my DIY water cooler and I run it at 25psi system pressure and it's very happy. At that pressure, it is a pretty high rate.
I can't imagine using a torch any other way.
It's one of my favorites since no one can do it better than CK.
I found it to be well made and it excited my expectations.
Torches from CK are some of the best. They are one of the best we've used!.
