The rubber is extremely thick. It is a tight fit. Adds a layer of protection to the head of your impact ratchet, which would otherwise get battered in regular garage use.

Snap-in my Snap-in I had to tug like a madman to get it on the air ratchet. I soaked it in hot water first, which made it pliable enough to stretch over the air ratchet's head. Because of the heavy material, it looks nice and should last a long time.
