It should work if it's a pinch clamp. Not 100% acquainted with pex clamps and their operations.

The money was well spent

This is an excellent resource. Construction is strong and durable. Although they are more expensive than other crimping tools, you get what you pay for, and less expensive tools are frequently inferior. Although the arrival time was later than expected, this was not an issue for me.

This clamping tool is designed to work with crimp clamps. Make sure you get the right clamp and/or tool for the job. It's a lot easier than trying to use pliers.
