That should be the case. My 2012 BMW with an N55 engine worked fine, and I believe the holes for the spark plugs in the four cylinders and the six cylinders are the same.
This will work if it is the size that you need. To take out the spark plug, you need a thin walled socket, and this fits all vehicles. Models from 2012 and up for Mercedes

There are many advantages to this product, including low cost and excellent performance. A Mini dealership in my daughter's area gave her an estimate of $752 to replace (4) coils and (4) spark plugs! The owners of her Countryman S were able to find the OEM coils for a great price right here on Amazon. It took me a little more than a half hour to change out the plugs and coils, and she saved nearly $600 in the process.
Do not use a basic deep 14 on those plugs or they will crack. If you spend just a few bucks on this bad boy, you will save yourself a lot of time and money on cracked plugs. With BMW plugs at $15 each, you will easily justify the cost if it saves you It is in perfect tension when the spring hangs from the plug. The extension is strong enough to hold the plug but not so strong that it accidentally pulls it off the extension and leaves the socket in the spark plug tube This drives me crazy every time it In terms of my mechanic career, I am glad I have this in my toolbox, even if I only use it occasionally.
The tool appears to be of good quality.
It works well to remove the plugs from a MINI 2009. I always have to worry about my extensions fitting correctly and holding onto the plug.
I used it on my 2014 BMW 528 and it worked great. For the price, it's a great socket. Holds the spark plug securely but not so tightly that the ratchet extensions would pull out of the socket before it lets go of the Spark plugs can be removed and installed without any problems.
Instead of buying new plugs from the BMW dealer, I installed my own spark plugs and saved $400. If you are only going to use this socket once or twice in a lifetime, it doesn't make sense to spend $20+ on a costly socket. This one is free and easy to use.
For example, the spark plug socket in this tool kit is thinner than the plug sockets in a standard tool box, and it is necessary for removing plugs from Besides being well forged and chromed, the item looked excellent. In addition to removing and replacing my spark plugs, I was able to use it.
