According to the picture, it's made in the USA, but it's Taiwan junk it could have bought Taiwan junk for the price it is.

I believe this is a good deal

The cast harmonic balancer that was necked down and would not fit over the piece the tool turns against cracked as it was pushed hard enough to crack it. Since AMC bolts measure only 3/8 inches and the kit's ones were too large, I had to supply my own bolts.

The first application of this product was for a pulley

I used this product to loosen a pulley that was extremely tight and heated the pulley with a torch as well as a 1/2" impact wrench. The pulling device is a bit miscolored, but still works fine, and this product appears to be a very strong one.
