Specifications Our 2/3 Jaw 2-Ton Ratcheting Gear Puller comes with three jaws and can adjust from 2 to 3 inches in length. A smooth ratchet motion lets you adjust the clamp easily, while the locking ratchet design keeps the clamp open so it's easy to install.

In terms of design considerations, there are high strength Chrome Moly Steel construction and a Manganese Phosphate coating to help prevent corrosion and rust. Providing an easy switch between a reversible and 2-jaw gear puller, and the finely threaded center screw providing enhanced pulling power, our 6-jaw gear puller can be converted in no time to a 3-jaw gear puller.

I bought a puller and it was the best investment I have ever made. In compare to 2 other brand pullers I bent and still had trouble removing the crankshaft pulley in five minutes. The next time I'm in the market for a larger one, I will look no further than this brand.

A small puller like this one. In addition to being well built, it is easy to switch from 3 jaws to 2 jaws and external to internal power. This puller has ratcheting arms, which means you can lock them in place so it will find its own center. Also, its price is very reasonable for a high-quality product.

The puller I'm using is great. From three claws to two claws, rotate the claws so they point directly towards the line of pull and rotate it. It is okay to rock a little bit from side to side. I have fallen in love with it.

The most challenging part of using a 3 jaw puller is keeping the body at the perfect height while trying to adjust the jack bolt and hold the body upright. Using these arms makes life much easier since they lock in place.
