Questions & Answers

Is it possible to charge a rockpals a 250-dollar fee? portable generator with 1000 watts?

I purchased a portable generator with a capacity of 150 watts, and it performed admirably. The 250, I'm not sure about.

Is it possible to charge an Apple MacBook Pro with this product? (mr942ll/a model)?

Yes, is the quick answer. br>br>The more detailed response is: Yes, at 12 p.m. Your laptop consumes a lot of energy, and solar panels can only provide that energy during the midday hours on a clear day. The voltage output from a solar panel varies greatly. A rechargable battery bank, for example, would be a better option between the unit and your device. That way, it can keep recharging throughout the day, giving your laptop a constant supply of power.

Is it possible to use this to charge the battery of a car?

Connect the solar panel to a charge controller, then connect the charge controller to your battery. Be careful not to damage or shorten the life of your battery. It'll take a long time to charge it, but if the battery holds a charge, it'll be worth it. For the price, these are decent panels, but don't expect constant 60W from them. You'll be happy if you get half of that in the sun.

Is there a controller included with it? Is it possible that it's MTTP? , thanks?

No, despite the fact that it has the capacity to produce two. It is designed to be plugged into a "solar generator" that has charge controllers and receives 1 amp of USB power directly. I use it with a Rock Pals 250 controller, which I believe is a PWM controller.

Selected User Reviews For ROCKPALS SP002 Foldable 60W Solar Panel Charger for Jackery Explorer/ Flashfish/ MARBERO/ BALDR/ Paxcess Portable Power Station Generator and USB Devices, QC3.0 USB Ports

Powerful, transportable, and practical!   This 60 watt solar panel is fantastic! It's incredibly light and easy to transport
5/5

Traveling and camping have never been easier. I like the fact that there are three USB ports and a lot of adapters. It appears to be of high quality. All three cables and adapters can be stored in the back pouch, which is very handy. I'm using it as a mobile office so that I can work from anywhere in the world.

It actually works
5/5

I hooked it up to a Rockals portable generator with a capacity of 250 watts. I connected the solar panel by running the generator down to 0%. It was simple to connect. For compatibility, I purchased the same brand. To protect the generator from direct sunlight, the panels were placed over it. I noticed the lights on the generator blinking, indicating that it was charging. I went out for the entire day (it is always sunny in SoCal) and got an 80% charge. I was blown away.

Do you use a CPAP machine like the Dream Station? Take a look at this Product reviews are something I rarely do
5/5

It would be irresponsible of me not to write this review in order to assist CPAP users. This solar panel is compatible with the Rockpal 300 power station, so if you value quality, you'll love it. Simply connect the Rockpal 300 to a solar charger using the solar charger connector cable that comes with it. If you use the Dream Station CPAP, I recommend that you buy the following: Philips Respironics DC Power Cord is genuine. The Rockpal 300 power station is the third station in the Rockpal 300 power station series. 60W solar panel from Rockpals. Here's some real data from my first use of the Rockpal 300 with a fully charged battery: The CPAP (without the humidifier) was 35 minutes long. Kindle HDX recharge 0%- 5 hours on DC power 2) Kindle HDX recharge 2) Kindle HDX recharge 2) Kindle HDX re 1 Emergency Tracfone recharge 0- 100% on USB 3) 1 Emergency Tracfone recharge - 100% on USB 3) Kindle HDX recharge 36%-20) Kindle HDX recharge 36%-20) Kindle HDX recharge 36%-20) Kindle% on AC 110V; on AC 110V; on AC 11 This was my final test before releasing the Rockpal 300. BEEPS BEFORE A POWER STATION LOSES POWER - For CPAP users, this is a definite plus. 4) From 9 a. m. to 9 p. m. , I installed a solar panel on the dashboard of a Toyota Avalon (full extension). 30 am - thirty o'clock The power station received 2 of 5 bars recharging (40%) This was done without the panels being precisely positioned. This is something I would strongly recommend to any CPAP user who is concerned about power outages. The solar panel's packaging, dimensions, and quality The power plant is fantastic. Given the cost of finding a hotel with electricity so you can safely sleep with your medically required CPAP, this is a CHEAP insurance and peace of mind. "You'll thank me later," according to Detective Monk. " Those who care about you and are concerned about your sleep apnea will feel the same way.

Preppers aren't the only ones who can benefit from this
5/5

Love it! I bought the Rockpals 60w solar panel primarily to use with one of their lithium-ion "generators. " It is portable with an integrated carrying handle and is about 1" thick, so it can be used for just about any device, I discovered. On the back, there's a zippered pouch that holds all of the cables and adapters you'll need. It's simple to open and set up, as well as to close and store. br>br>Although I am not a prepper, I do like to be prepared. This will enable me to charge my backup batteries as well as any USB device! You can also use this to QC fast charge Samsung and other compatible devices, such as my Galaxy Note 9.

This unit is rated as a No-Go due to poor quality control
3/5

Buy. First and foremost, I wanted to like this solar panel that could be carried around. The reviews have been overwhelmingly positive, and the size is ideal for travel. However, regardless of design or utility, poor quality control is where these products fall short. Second, let's look at the problems:br>1. I received the panel in the mail yesterday and scheduled some testing time for this morning. With the sun shining brightly and the sky clear, I planned to put the Goal Zero Sherpa 100 and the YETI 1400 to the test. In addition, I had a Fluke 77 digital multimeter on hand.
2. Unpacking and inspection of the panel - There was no damage to the barrel adapters, and they were all present.
3. The panel was exposed to the sun, and the open circuit output voltage was determined to be 5. 5mm x 2. 1 mm plug - The reading came in at 17. 65v.
4. When the 8mm adapter was plugged into the Sherpa 100, there was no indication of input current. The voltage reading was zero after attempting a measurement.
5. After removing the adapter, it was discovered that the center pin had an open circuit - An 8mm adapter that isn't working.
6. I plugged the Sherpa 100 into the USB port(s) at the panel's junction box (to use the Sherpa's USB C input), and the Sherpa 100 indicated 0 watts input, with the red LED indicator glowing red.
7. I plugged my iPhone into the USB port(s) at the panel's junction box while the red LED indicator was glowing red, and the phone showed no charging current.
8. Finally, I used the Fluke to check the voltage of the USB outputs (USB to pigtail wires) and found that they were both zero. br>br>It appears that this unit was not tested before being shipped to ensure functionality. As a result, my search for a suitable, high-quality, portable travel panel to charge my solar generator continues.
