That is correct. The wiring is nice and thick.

Is this for connecting the zamp camper connector to the goal zero?

Goal Zero devices use an 8mm DC connector, and I don't own any Zamp products, but if they use a SAE 12 volt connector, then yes.

Is it possible to use the female option in both directions? the dc connector of a portable solar panel, ?

It doesn't matter to a cable which way the current flows; it's just a cable.

Adapter for an 8mm lens It works well with the Yeti 400 5 mm to 8 mm adapter, and you can charge it with Harbor Freight solar panels
