A variety of slots make it easy to fit wider tires and wheels. It is fine to use wheels of R15 diameter.
However, they use the same keys for all of their locks! This lock does not provide much security. You can also buy another one and you will have duplicate keys if you use them with some other locking system like I do. For my RV, I use two of these. Due to what I stated above, it can simply act as a visual deterrent. If they are determined enough, they can simply purchase the same lock as you and have the key to your home.

Since I found out it serves more as a visual deterrent, many others also did the same and they drove off with it on their utility trailers. I went back after about 20 feet, it had bent enough to make it very difficult to extract it. I simply reached down to help pull it off. The strand did not harm my trailer or tire thank goodness, but it became evident fairly quickly that even if used correctly (as it was), it would not slow down something from being taken.
Purchasing this lock is my second time doing so and it has been well worth the investment. I was able to keep my trailer safe with this lock. During the day, a trailer parked outside my business was being tried to be stolen. I came back the next day to find that the thief had cut off the coupler lock and stolen the wheel to which it was attached. Based on our observations, they took the trailer somewhere to cut off the lock and return with the wheel to take possession of it. As well as this lock, I have since added locking lug nuts (2 different types), a more robust coupler lock, a boot-style wheel lock, and locking rim nuts. A thief can get through any lock, but I definitely saved my trailer courtesy of this lock.
About a year later, it was no longer possible to open the lock. After trying everything I could think of to remove pressure, wiggling, lubrication, and fighting for half an hour without success, I gave up. My next step was to grab a reciprocating saw and cut through the arm in 10 seconds (with a dull blade). In the end, I realized how ineffective the lock has been all along.

Works pretty well as a deterrent even though it doesn't snug up perfectly against my 15" trailer tires.
