Ultimately, I returned these as I misread the description and assumed the feet were solid rubber when in fact they are only the feet. The wheel chokes I used are scissorstyle, and seem like they would hold up, but they aren't working for me.
When I finally settled on Roblock chocks for my new Handy Lift, I searched for days to find the right ones. Although I haven't installed them yet, I really like the way they look. The tire width for ATVs is wide. The tire is light and pre-inflated A mounting hole has been drilled. As soon as it has been installed, I will update the review.
I find that the chocks do what they are supposed to do. For them to be pulled out, I only needed to add a pair of ropes.
The parking guide is exactly what I needed to help park a new car The place they are in seems to stay the same, not moving or shifting. It is better that they are wider than many, as they match the tire width more closely.
The tires on my 5th wheel trailer are ST235/80R16 Load Range G. It only weighs 3 pounds for one pair of these chucks. They are really sturdy, but not as good looking. The trailer will not roll if there is a pair on each side. The total weight is 6 lbs in 4 chucks Please give it to me! They may be a little more expensive than the old ones, but they weighed 18 pounds! I like the new ones so much.
The chocks stayed in place without slipping and were easy on my epoxy floors as well. Furthermore, I use them as door stops for the high clearance doors of my shop.
It is well suited to a shorelander pontoon trailer with.
It appears robust and reasonably priced. It's not made from plastic and seems like it will hold up well in different conditions.
