The instructions are lousy, but the product is easy to assemble. I had missing parts on the first two I ordered, but I was able to put one together from the two boxes, and the seller was quick to refund me for the bad one. I used the refund to order another that arrived in worse shape then the previous two, but it I will use this lift with my two post lift as it is very sturdy. As soon as I run out of these, I would buy.
