The 2009 Toyota Corolla will work with it, I'm sure. There is a 3,000-pound weight limit on the Jack. It should be able to lift a weight from one side or corner with no problem. If you are installing a jack, make sure it is securely secured to the frame. In case of a mishap, I would recommend placing a Jack stand or a set of blocks under the framework.

I used this jack to repair the suspension on my Honda Accord for the first time. The second time, I tried to use it to change brake pads on a Ford Focus, and I nearly died. Suddenly, the main screw on the vehicle that held it into the air snapped and sent the vehicle crashing to the ground. The only two things I could get out of there were my head and hand This is the last time I will use something like this. In the end, the damage to the fender and front bumper of the car pales in comparison to the panic and danger I put myself in through The products in this package are unsafe please do not use them. The reviews warned of the danger, but I chose to ignore them when I bought this. The reason I chose this route was that I thought it would be safer than a bottle jack The truth is that it isn't. There's a timebomb waiting to go off in this Torin jack. However, I would not recommend this product, as I've had great experiences with other Torin products. Please stay away from this area.
Seeing this item in my order history nearly 4 years ago, I recall trying it four years ago and thought I should leave a (late) review to let you know how it worked for me. My experience with this jack was short and sweet. Suddenly, it tipped and my car crashed to the ground as I was changing my brakes. When the jack was fully loaded, the steel plate that formed the base bent under the weight of the car, making it unstable. It may have been that I did not put it in the right spot or the car was on an uneven surface, but either way, this shouldn't There is the possibility that somebody will use this to crawl under their car without jack stands, with potentially lethal results. You can get something a bit more sturdy and stable with a few extra dollars.
I was really surprised at the quality for the price. The base was very solid and the jack seemed well built. This screw had been well cleaned, and a light coat of EP30 grease was applied. The jack had to be wrung out from under the car as it was so heavy. Thanks to my garage, I was able to escape. I read that it was meant for very light duty. It seems to be a low carbon steel screw. So I returned it for a refund since it wasn't worth the risk of getting another and it failing at the roadside. The issue was taken care of immediately by Amazon, as usual. In terms of customer service, I give Amazon 5 stars.
Money is a waste of time. We weren't even able to use this jack because it broke. After jacking up the car, my husband turned to get the spare tire and put it in In a crash, the car came to a halt. A rift has formed between Jack and his It was the first time I used it. Despite the fact that my return period has passed, I am still going to try to return this dreck.
This morning when I used it was hard to turn the handle without any load after I lifted the front end a total of 2 times (one wheel at a time, jackstands in place, other side done) and it will be worth it when I do that again tomorrow. I tried lifting the wagon, but when I attempted to do so, it slipped back down with a loud clunk, and I suspect that the large nut opposite the handle hole is partially stripped out and does not lift readily. Sorry to hear that. Very.
Having weighed all the items in my truck, I estimate that the rear axle weighs less than 3000 pounds. My jack bent and the pin for the handle twisted out, leaving me stranded while trying to change my right rear tire. A thing rated for 3000# shouldn't be capable of lifting the entire rear axle unless it was certified for that weight.
The base is very weak and flexible. The idea that anyone could buy this jack as safe is beyond me. A base could be easily folded if the car or truck rocked from side to side. As if a cheap suit were folded, the base would fold rigidly. This car jack does not come with a jack stand, so it would be impossible to get underneath a car without one. It is made of very cheap materials.
As they were so inexpensive, it was cheaper to buy them than to have my tires rotated. I bought four of them, thus saving myself the cost of tire rotations. From this model, I have learned a great deal. It is far better than the previous model I purchased from Those photos are of this Jack and one of the previous ones I bought for about the same price you can find on Amazon. The silver handle is attached to this Jack and the smaller black handle is attached to the last Jack. Both Jacks offer a great value for the price. I found the set up to be much better this time around.
