Questions & Answers

When you raise or lower it, how do you do it? Why does it not come with a tool?

The screw on the top plate is operated by a wrench for the silver nut. This screw allows the jack to rise or fall. I find that it works quite well

Is it possible to use an impact wrench to raise something?

You can, but a ratchet will do. If your Valkyr is 800 lbs, it's just as easy with a wrench. I lifted my Valkyr using the wrench that came with it.
