The fact that it is made in China disappointed me greatly. I wish that the country of origin was always mentioned in the description!
NAPA sells a Balkamp-branded creeper that is nearly identical to this one in blue.
The pro lift mechanic creeper is lightweight and comes with a handy storage tray. It glides across the garage floor with ease and folds up compactly. For molded plastic, the unit is tough and durable. It is also reasonably priced.
I'd contact Amazon and they'll contact the vendor, or I'd return it and order a new one because it's a lovely creeper.

He stands 6 feet tall and wears a size 34 in pants. (If you're a rall, you'll know what I'm talking about:) The creeper is both durable and cost-effective.
One of the pan-head bolts is broken. The head bolts are mangled and deformed, and none of the hardware stores in this shithole town (Wichita, KS) have the same type bolt in stock, so I'll have to go online, find it, order it, and wait for it to arrive before I can use the new creeper in my shop. This is a real bummer, because I need this creeper to work on my van this weekend, and I'll have to do without it. Thank you so much, Pro Lift! You've got a serious problem with quality control.
It's almost the same as harbor freight. Please look at the photos. At twice the price of harbor freight, you can get a 4 oz difference in weight and the same basic design. We'll have to wait and see how long this one goes on.
This creeper is not capable of supporting the weight claimed. I'm 270 pounds, and it's always dragged the ground when I'm on it. It's not something you should buy.
I bought this creeper to replace my old Snap-on creeper. Due to its construction, I'm fairly certain that this creeper will not last long. The size of the wheels is my biggest gripe with it. The wheels' diameter is fine, but their width is narrow; my mistake; I should have contacted the seller and inquired. Then there's the two-bolt mounting system rather than the four-bolt system; I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think it'll hold up. My recommendation is to spend around $40-$50. That is what I wish I had done with the extra $60. It's also worth noting that it's made in China.
It did a good job on my chubby tush. After a full day of installing a winch on asphalt, there were no problems.
I bought something from Amazon's warehouse that had been returned. It was not, however, pre-planned. Three of the six wheels were missing when it was inspected. The intriguing part is that I was unable to locate replacement wheels for this creeper. Due to the oddball 2 bolt design of the wheels and the inability to find any to replace them in the future when they break or wear out, I'm beginning to believe this is not the creeper to purchase. The creeper's design is quite nice for a disposable item.
Thanks to those who have reviewed this one, they have saved me some embarrassment! I'm not a mechanic; I'm just an old man who needs his F-150's running boards replaced. 250, and I made the decision to purchase a new creeper. This purchase represents excellent value for money and is ideal for *MY* needs. It is possible that your results will differ.
